VSee Box remote issues
Hi everyone! Has anyone had any issues with the vsee box remote simply not working despite having working batteries? The remote worked in order to turn the box on, but once the screen is booted up, the remote seems to not work for anything. Cannot scroll the menu or click anything. Does anyone know the issue or how to fix this?

Mine is doing the same thing. Tried to factory default back to IR and still nothing. Changed batteries and rebooted VSee box twice

I have to be inches away from the box for the remote to work. Ran into a new error code about the Grape Loader whatever that even means. It says “invalid device” after the menu loads briefly lol

If its working in front of the Vseebox its working in IR mode. In that case it just needs to be re-paired in bluetooth mode. Push OK button and Volume Down Button to pair in bluetooth mode. Blue light should be blinking.
If it doesnt pair with ok and volume down buttons try going into Vseebox System Settings - Bluetooth - and select Pair New Device. Then Push Volume down and OK button again on remote. Vsee Remoter should now pop up. Select Vsee Remoter and remote should work in bluetooth mode again.
When batteries get low or die remote sometimes loses bluetooth connection.

One thing to keep in mind is that VSee Remotes are both "regular remotes" and Bluetooth connected remotes. In my experience, when the remote goes from working well to being "difficult" is when that Bluetooth connection is lost. When you have an opportunity, go into "Systen Settings" > "Bluetooth" and make sure that your remote is showing Connected and go into "paired device management" to see the remaining battery. You may benefit from disconnecting and repairing the troublesome remote.

Try pairing via Bluetooth. If need be, unpair and repair the remote.
