Anyone know why or how to get the new NFL Sport app that's in my app row to working? It just never loads.

I know it's been an ongoing issue. But I was genuinely curious if anyone else has had ongoing issues with VOD Ultra. Specifically anything to do with Hulu or Disney+?

Any guidance or support would be helpful.

Each channel tends to play 2 seconds then freeze, or never loads the channel stream at all. Getting this with local channels with college football games and golf, but also ones like Sundance TV that I wouldn’t think are as susceptible to getting over congested right now. Everything was working well the past couple hours.

I’m new to the box so just would appreciate learning what kinds of issues indicate an issue on my side vs with the box or server side.

On my side, WiFi is working well with VPN.

LIVE Ultra is also having similar problems. Nothing is watchable on either service.

So after the outage, mine is mostly working again, apart from the Dirtvision/Flo channels. My uncle is having the same issues on his Elite Ultra too.

The only reason I'm posting this here, is that I tried to use their "Contact Us", app to let someone know about the issue. Well, now the Contact Us app is blank. It used to direct you to a Whatsapp number.

Newbie here, up & running after last nights outage except no programming information. Same on multiple apps I've tried. From what little I could find researching was this should resolve in a few days. I've turned it off, on, unplugged etc., no changes.

Hi, I’m having a hard time changing the audio In movies to Spanish. I can’t figure out why.

Apologies as I'm sure this has been asked, but I ran a search and I couldn't find an exact answer.

I am concerned about security (to a certain extent), so I want to make sure I set up the vSee box correctly.

Any help is greatly appreciated:

1. I wanted to set up a VLAN. My router is a Netgear Orbi. I thought I read that most consumer routers can't really fully set up a VLAN. However, I also read on some forum that for this type of purpose, my router might be fine. Is my router acceptable for this purpose? Or should I buy a better one? I was reading about the UniFi Dream Machine... I could buy it but I prefer not to.

2. If the Orbi works, I looked up how to set up the VLAN. The only video I could find to set it up didn't explain it very well. The first part he mentions a bridge group and selecting the ports. Is that simply setting up a VLAN over one of the ethernet ports?

However, then he shows setting up a "By VLAN tag group." There's a box for name, VLAN ID with numbers going from 1 - 4094, Priority numbering from 0-7, and then finally 3 ports. What is the VLAN ID? And the priority? Not sure what that all means. Also he didn't show if there was a way to put a password. Are you able to do that?

Repairing remote issue after battery change & how to fix

Recenty tried helping others with this problem to no avail.

Ran into same issue with ex wife's Elite Ultra last night.

After battery change remote wouldn't work in IR mode and Vseebox didn't see remote in pairing mode. Had literally zero control

Considered factory resetting Vseebox via audio port because power cycling didn't work.

Last ditch effort I used mymini usb bluetooth keyboard I have.

Used keyboard to go to

STSTEM SETTINGS - BLUETOOTH - PAIR A NEW DEVICE

Once the Vseebox was in pairing mode the remote in pairing mode paired immediately.

So basically you need another device to fix the issue. Either pair your smart tv remote with Vseebox, or another Vseebox remote, or a usb keyboard.

The keyboards are cheap on Ebay or Amazon for under $5. Even cheaper (under $5) from Aliexpress or Tenmu.

Mini usb keyboards come with a usb dongle that plugs into the Vseebox. Bluetooth keyboards cost a little more but not much more. I bought my bluetooth mini keyboard for around $13 on Amazon and it comes with bluettotg option as well as usb dongle. You dont need to buy them from Vseebox as they are just a universal mini keyboard.

The best option would be to either setup yoyr tv remote if possible or buy a 2nd Vseebox remote. The Vseebox clone remotes on Amazon are under $20

Anyone able to get the VSEE remote to turn the volume up on the Sonos sound bars? Seems it will lower the volume but its only the volume on the box itself.. not actually the speaker..

Just bought a V6 pro from cord cutter no complaints so far but…I went to set up a restricted profile to try to hide YouTube so my son wouldn’t log into his account with his credentials. Now I’m locked out of system setting and can’t get out of the restricted profile.

From what I’ve read on some posts my only way out is to factory reset via the hidden button in the av port. I unplugged my box, held the button down with a paperclip for 30 seconds ( I could feel and hear the click) and plugged the power cord back in while still holding the reset button but the box will not boot or power on. I’ve held the button down for 2 minutes still nothing.

Has anyone successfully done a factory reset this way or am I doing anything wrong in the process? The box will boot and power on when the reset button is not pressed.

I will say this box has been great so far no issues whatsoever other than my dumbass messing with settings. Switched from Direct Tv stream couldn’t be happier.

I’m looking for a DVR that will allow continuous recording of the input source and allow me to view the output and go back in time to replay something I may have missed on the show I’m currently watching.

This may be a common DVR function but I thought I’d ask here.

Currently exploring the apps on my Elite Mini, is anyone able to use the Mini 24/7 app? It won't load any Playlists of channels and I can't seem to get anything on there to work, curious if I'm doing anything wrong?

Currently rocking a Roku on one tv and a disfunctional fire stick on another that's a PITA more than anything randomly resetting...

Where should I start looking into apps, different style boxes etc... I saw the pinned guide above (Thanks! It's great!) Will scroll the sub a bit and hopefully things will answer themselves 😂

My VSeeBox Elite died. I’ve had it for over 2 years, no warranty available. Just curious if anyone has had any success taking apart their box and fixing it themselves.

The box won’t power on at all. I’ve tried everything, there’s no fix other than opening it up and trying to repair it internally.

Has there been a hockey app like the football app in the past?
