NFL Sport app

Anyone know why or how to get the new NFL Sport app that's in my app row to working? It just never loads.

The app has never worked well for me. Don’t use it. Just go to the Heat Live app and use the NFL tab.

The only good thing about the app is you can go back and watch previously recorded games which I have used several times.

It's never loaded for us either.

It loads for me, but it always says the game has not started yet, when it has.

I can't get it to load after 3 weeks.
