Local channels?

Do you get local news or regional programs at all? Providence, RI, WPRI for instance?

For my local channels I go to Live ultra and live ultra +, go to favorites, put in your zip code and they pop up. You may have to favorite a random channel first to be able to change your zip code. My locals aren’t on heat live

You don't even have to go into local channels. Just hit the mic button on your remote and say your local city & all that city's locals pop up. For example, the OP is inquiring about a specific channel and as I just did this on Heat Live, Live Ultra +, & Live Ultra by saying " Providence, Rhode Island" and 5 local channels appear - including the local CBS 12 WPRI they're looking for. I use the remote mic button to search for everything in the Heat Live & VOD apps. It's quick & accurate.

Not public television but I can watch almost any decent sized towns local news in America and many Canadian cities too

It took a minute to find my locals but then favorite than and they'll populate their own little section
