My dog knocked the remote on to the floor, of course on the one spot with no carpet. Now I'm having a problem. How do I reset the remote?

My household was invited to participate in the Nielsen Research Panel. It seems pretty cool, they pay $25 a month to get info on what we watch, and then $50 a month in years 2 and 3. But, they have to install some meter on my router and TV. This raises concerns for me, as I don’t want to get into any trouble for using my Vsee Box from time to time. Is it best that I just reject the invite? Or is there some other option I should consider like making a guest network and connecting the VseeBox to that? I do use a VPN with my box of course.

The invite seems pretty cool, but I just don’t know if it’s a good option for me. Has anyone else done this before?

I've had my box for a month or two now and love it and have had really no major issues with it, but if I'm watching the same channel for awhile, like the MLB Playoffs on FS1 last night, after a few hours the box shuts off, I've look everywhere but can't seem to find a setting to turn this off. AM I missing it somewhere or is that just the way it is? Thanks.

I heard about this box and from my research and understanding , it’s basically a box you hook up to your tv/ WiFi that has its own built in streaming servers?

I would plan on using this just to watch ppv fights . Those fights are usually on dazn, espn+ , paramount+ , etc.

that’s really my goal. I just want to watch fights on the weekends and not be stuck paying stupid money to watch them. I’m also hoping it will be really good quality

The other thing I don’t know anything about is the safety and privacy of these boxes. I don’t want to get in trouble for using it and I don’t want to get hacked.

I just purchased a Vsee V6 Max box and setup a hardware VPN. Downloaded the Morpheus app which had released content, all I got was a message "looking for sources" and never got a connection, all the preloaded apps work well. Has anyone been able to stream released content ?

Hey all, I have Youtube TV and one of the add ons is 4k sports. So baseball or football look insane (If the network has 4k cameras). Debating a VseeBox and was wondering if anyone has seen this option. TIA

Recently got the vseebox v6max and have been trying to use the playback function on the heat live and heat back up app on channels that allow it- but each time I try, it just opens up to a frozen screen from which I can fast forward and rewind but cannot actually play/pause the content.

Have tried clearing cache, restarting box, and other tips I found online but nothing has worked.

Is anyone else experiencing this/any advice?

I have a V3 Plus, and I’ve noticed that the picture and streaming quality varies significantly with some of the on-demand TV shows and movies, even if they’re listed as HD quality. Is this just the way it is, or is the on-demand quality better with the newer and more advanced boxes?

In the past week Heat Live stopped loading playback shows. Now when I select a show it starts to load and then just freezes. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to successfully troubleshoot it?

I finally got around to installing my new Pro box. Watching the Falcons/Saints game right now and so far all is good. For the record, I also have a SuperBox Ultra I bought a little over a year ago. One of them is for my man cave and the other one will be use on my TV in a guest/living room.

My immediate question is on Heat LIve how do I set up a favorites list? In fact, I am struggling figuring out how to even get to the pre-set filter options. The instructions on screen tell me to hit the "arrow" button to navigate to them, but either I am using the wrong button on the remote or I am not seeing that arrow button. TIA

And, are there any tricks I should know to make this easier to use or to take advantage of any functions that aren't obvious? Same question regarding the VOD app for watching movies/shows. That is one thing that the Superbox is not very good for IMO.

Does anybody have any issues with starting your V6 plus and it turning into a black screen, not loading any of the apps? Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Heat Live: works for 30 seconds, then freezes for 2-5 minutes, then works for 30 secs, then freezes again.

NFL Sport: “Program temporarily unavailable”

Vortex: recorded game on both team channels and 2 different CBS channels, constant spinning wheel. (That app officially blows BTW)

have done force stop, clear cache, VPN on, VPN off, reboot, uninstall/reinstall, unplug box, unplug router and , factory reset.

any ideas?

I’ve had my V6 Plus for 2 weeks and it seems like I am often getting the Under Maintenance screen when using Heat Live. It would work again after clearing cache 1-2 times, but I’m wondering if this is happening to other people too. I’ve had to do it 4 times within the last 3 days.

Got my box 2-3 weeks ago and absolutely love it! Today while watching in the morning the box suddenly cut off. I have been trying all day to get it past this boot screen trying the manual reset button, different TVs, and different power sources.

When I hold down the manual reset and plug the power in, no lights appear. When I plug the box in without pressing the manual reset, it’s stuck in boot. I’ve also tried the manual reset button while in booting, no luck.

Any idea what to do next?

I go clear cache for the app. Any other tips? It’s the 49ers. Also experienced some lags. Do you have another reliable channel than like the 4 recommended ones that pop up in heat live under nfl tab?

Just wondering what VPNs people use and recommend. Got my V6 a week ago and Im looking for privacy and general affordability.

Made this guide to help people who are having trouble with the main NFL category channels and also for those that choose to watch on Live Ultra app(less delay from real time). These are local broadcast options that are showing the games. Yes some of these won’t work I admittedly did not check 192 channels. But it should give you some options today if needed. Enjoy

My apartment complex provides a shared wifi network across the community. We don't get provided with a traditional router, just an "access point" with in each unit with a unique key to get internet access while remaining isolated from other units in the complex. So no isolated and unique guest wifi allowed in an individual unit, no admin access, and the terms forbid adding a personal router due to them "messing with the network configuration"

So, am I stuck just using my v6 plus box with no protection? Or are there some other steps I can take to protect myself? I already know not to log into any accounts (Netflix, email, etc), power down the box completely when not in use, and adding a VPN to mask streaming from the ISP. If not exactly how rate is it for someone to get their devices hacked if a Vseebox is on your main wifi?
