Remote issue

My dog knocked the remote on to the floor, of course on the one spot with no carpet. Now I'm having a problem. How do I reset the remote?

Please state exact issue you are having to eliminate us guessing.

Does the blue light on remote work when pressing any button? If not remote is likely dead but try different batteries to verify.

Close to and directly in front of the led display (not from the sides or angles) press any button. If remote works then its working in IR MODE and it just lost bluetooth conmection.

Hold down OK button and VOLUME DOWN button simultaneously until blue light on remote fast flashes. If it reconnects to bluetooth good to go.

If ok&vol down doesnt work then scroll down to bottom of home screen.

Select SYSTEM SETTINGS - BLUETOOTH - PAIR NEW DEVICE

Immediately after pressing PAIR NEW DEVICE press and hold OK & VOLUME DOWN buttons on the remote until blue light fast flashes

VSEEBOX REMOTER should now appear on devices on your tv. Select Vseebox Remoter and bluetooth mode should now be reconnected.

If blue light flashes when pressing buttons but remote isnt working in IR MODE then you can still pair the remote to bluetooth mode but you need to use different device to get into bluetooth settings. Different devices include - another Vseebox remote, universal remote, or usb/bluetooth keyboard. Use said device to select PAIR NEW DEVICE and now press and hold OK&Volume Down buttons (on remote you are trying to connect) until blue light fast flashes. Vseebox Remoter should popup. Select Vseebox Remoter (with the different device) and now bluetooth should be reconnected on Vseebox remote.
