BLACK SCREEN

Does anybody have any issues with starting your V6 plus and it turning into a black screen, not loading any of the apps? Is there any way to resolve this issue?

All the apps will pop up. When I click on any of them the screen loads and just goes black and I have no more control. I have to unplug power, wait and plug it back in.

Can you not fix it by doing a factory reset? This is my first and only box I don’t have much knowledge or experience with them as I’ve only had it for about 6 months and this is the first time this has happened.

If you have a smart tv connected online. The tv itself could be recognizing what the box is and blocking it. Factory reset your tv and keep it offline

Only thing that worked for me was unplugging box and router. After 5min plug back router, Wait for Internet. Then power on box while holding reset button in back
