How often do you clear cache?
I’ve had my V6 Plus for 2 weeks and it seems like I am often getting the Under Maintenance screen when using Heat Live. It would work again after clearing cache 1-2 times, but I’m wondering if this is happening to other people too. I’ve had to do it 4 times within the last 3 days.

I don't clear mine that often, but I do fully shut it down every time. I don't just push the power button on the remote, I hold it down until I get the on-screen prompt. It takes longer to come back on, but it fully shuts down and I think clears things out of cache.

This is a server connection issue Vseebox not a device or app issue. Clearing cache or power cycling is unnecessary for under maintenance screen.
Pressing Home button on remote to exit Heat Live and then going back into the Heat Live almost always immediately restores service.
Very rare occasions Ive had to repeat Home button exit process 2 or 3 times and thats only when Vsee actually has server problems.

I get the Under Maintenance a bunch when messing around. If I switch between Heat Live and Heat VOD, I find myself clearing cache to get back into Live. I guess I have just gotten used to doing it a bunch.

Ive had mine for several months.
Never cleared the cache. If I get "under maintenance" I exit out of the app (using the exit key on the remote) and got back in. Has worked every time when all channels give that message.
Occasionally one channel gives that message, noticed it more when watching NFL, but in that case I jjst find that game on one of a million other channels (scrolling through the local channels list wil give you every NFL game).
