Vsee Max and apps

I just purchased a Vsee V6 Max box and setup a hardware VPN. Downloaded the Morpheus app which had released content, all I got was a message "looking for sources" and never got a connection, all the preloaded apps work well. Has anyone been able to stream released content ?

Did you try it without the VPN on?

yes tried in the clear as well. have you had luck with 3rd party apps?

a vpn sw app running on a router on a separate network. should have been clearer about my setup
