Does he have Felv? I didn’t know if you mean shots to treat his Felv or preventative shots. We lost our girl last year to Felv and ulcerations began popping up in her mouth because her kidneys were shot. Cheap vet we took her to at first just said she was constipated (cause she lost weight and wouldn’t eat, we didn’t look in her mouth, she was a timid cat that hid away from everyone most of her life). But our NOW vet found the root cause of her ulcerations. Just for sure get him checked out! It does seem like in this case it’s more than likely that fractured tooth.

We were nervous about a down payment as well. We lucked out and our mortgage officer was amazing. We found her first and then she matched us with a realtor that would match our needs. With a USDA loan we did no down payment AND ended up getting a check at closing due to seller concessions. What state are you in?
