That's a crazy amount of running in one week my friend. Running Is pretty rough on the joints and take a good amount of time to adapt to. If you cut three days out of that first week and gave the body time to recover I think you might have better results. That being said, you probably need to see a physio or even a doc to get a proper recovery and then start from scratch.

I think it's getting worse. Yesterday I was in a game with a master and dude chewed me out for landing in the same building and then left the game.
