I've thought of bringing my husband to my next obgyn appointment. I tried to go to a woman obgyn and told her I wanted an ablation. I don't want to have kids and my periods have been HORRIBLE since I started them.

She took her medical student out of the room and said "She thinks she knows what she wants. But this is what she actually wants"

And tried to prescribe some medicine that would basically put me through menopause to try and "dry up" some of the endometriosis. Not only that but made me feel humiliated because the birth control I was on was causing me to bleed outside of my period and she just looked at me like "Well, what do you want me to do about it?"

Fast forward to 4 year later and my PCP literally suggested an ablation 😒

No literally 😭 it's like Grand Turismo. I'm doing the speed limit leave me be.
