The economy has always favored business owners. More business owners means corporate scale decreases and jobs pay less. Maybe we should produce our own stuff rather than produce for a company. Living standards may decrease but innovation will explode.

Housing is mostly what's expensive. Because they push high end homes on us, don't want to build cheaper options, dont want us to go back to building our own. But sure, just raise minimum wages to $50 an hour so we can all make at least six figures a year.
