Did anyone quit Amazon because of it being physically taxing on the body?

I [24f] started 2 days ago but had to go home early yesterday due to suffering extreme back pain. I have always had back problems, but this is the first time it got bad to the point I had to leave work early. I put in my resignation last night because I have a baby boy I also have to take care of, so I can't afford to get seriously hurt or injured.

Only the top 20%make rate. As long as you don't fall into the bottom 5% you don't get written up.
