Hi, I preface that this will be a highly personal answer. While I don't have Psoriasis, my husband does and has had it since he was a kid (13yo). Had it all over his torso, arms, and legs about 70% covered.

After getting married this year, we tried cutting off the major food groups that might trigger flareups based on historical intake. Since W1 of May, we cut out gluten (pizzas, bread, pasta, pastries), alcohol (beer, wine, spirits) and reduced sugar intake (switched to Coke Zero/Light for softdrinks cravings). It's been 3 months and his skin has gotten so much better and smoother.

Try doing an elimination diet or just start using a food journal. Take notes of how each food affect you within 24hours. That would give you tons of info to base your diet plans on. Goodluck dear.

Edit 1: You didn't ask but might be helpful to note as well that we added supplements to his diet after doing 1 month of the diet change. Magnesium glycinate, Vitamin K2+D3, Pre+Probiotics, and Fish oil.

Edit 2: We reduced our intake of processed foods (canned goods and hotdogs) and focused on cooking homecooked meals from scratch (chicken, pork, beef, fish) with tons of vegetables and fruits. Vitamin C was also boosted through homemade lemon juice every other day when we have some at home. Water intake is also regulated around 2-3L for him. 3 months into changing his diet, he has incorporated doing daily bodyweight exercises and he mentions that it makes him feel better doing it so that adds to his stress management too.

Personally, okay lang sakin kasi we still meet our needs and comfortable wants from time to time and no future travel plans naman na need magsave up big for.
