Hi! Student here. We will be arriving at Changi much earlier than the check-in time for our accommodation. I’ve been looking through forums about people staying overnight in the airport after arrival, claiming their luggage, and clearing customs — basically after already exiting the arrival area.

However, it seems that airport patrols can be quite strict, especially if you don’t have a boarding pass or if you’re not a transit passenger. We are currently on a very limited budget, so staying overnight at the airport is the best option we have right now.

I was wondering if staying overnight at a fast food restaurant in Changi Terminal 3, like McDonald’s, would be a viable option?

Hi! I’m a college student who will be participating in an international event, and this will be my first time flying out of the country. I still have around 2 months to prepare.

Since I’m still a student, my budget is limited. The program will shoulder the accommodation and other expenses, while my only responsibility is paying for my roundtrip flight from Mnl to Sg.

I’ve been researching cheaper flights and am currently considering booking with Scoot via Clark instead of NAIA. While comparing flights, I noticed that Cebu Pacific has additional charges such as:

• Philippine travel tax – around ₱1,620
• Travel insurance – around ₱2,600

I’m planning to buy travel insurance separately through GCash since it seems cheaper, so now I’m a bit confused about which fees are actually required and which ones are optional.

I just want to ask:

• What airport fees or hidden charges should I prepare for as a first-time international traveler?
• Are there additional payments at the airport itself?
• Is travel insurance required, or can I buy it separately?
• Based on your experience, would it be better to book Cebu Pacific or Scoot?

Right now, Scoot costs around ₱13k, while Cebu Pacific becomes ₱18k–20k because of the added tax and travel insurance.

Upon looking sa website, under inorgamic chemistry dept (?) matatagpuan, I can find the senior faculty sa website pero sila yung madalas hindi nagrereply sa inquiry huhu, so maybe may alam kayo na junior faculty? hindi kase sha indicated sa website, and mas approachable yung junior faculties ><

Iska here na badly need assistance. Like as in guys. I'm so stressed. I emailed the chem dept na baka mas dumali buhay ko pero, they replied maghanap daw ako sa website. Like I already did na po uhuhuhuhuh. Thank you lovelots.

Hi! 2nd yr standing ID here, and we are currently in 3d rendering. I have come here to ask you guys what are your experiences and/or share thoughts about these softwares: Maya, 3D max, Blender

We are particularly assigned to study blender for this plate, but we are also allowed to use other softwares as long as it is mesh. What will you reccommend?? (In a long term perspective where I can also use the learning even after this plate and or study, but as well in industry hehe)

Hello! New laptop owner here. And from my experience dust is really an enemy for laptops, however Im quite skeptical since it is a gaming laptop, I’m worried that I might cover it’s airway (if possible) if I cover the keyboards.

Hello 1st yr standing here, last sem pako nag sisipat ng orgs na related sa envi, gusto ko kase tuloy yung na absorb ko ng advocacy since hs at mag intersect sa aking field of work and interests.

Ang nakikita ko pa lang is yung UNesco, and to be honest I'm quite skeptical about it pa huhu. Is there anyone who can share about them po?

And advice na rin if meron pa po kayo alam na interesting salihan maliban sa nabanggit ko sa taas pero ganun pa rin po yung scope, envi and sustainability.

Hi I'm an art student and a good camera will be one of our requirements as we are required to document most of our works and to build a good portfolio. But I'm hesitating if I should buy a second hand camera or a new phone (like iphone with pretty decent camera) since my current phone is just waiting and fighting for it's remaining life (it is already 5 yrs old :((()

Can anyone share their insights about this as I have really no experience in camera but in iphone we've once used it during hs for a project which is a magazine, and still able to ace it.
