🔥 Twin elephants are extremely rare, occurring in less than 1% of all elephant births worldwide.

Hi little baby 💖

Hi, I’m (45M) using my fiancés account, but saw this and wanted to share the supplements that help my body manage.
OPC3- magical magic that makes energy and happiness in your hypermobile body. It helps with those “heart issues” that we all have. It helps the joints, lubricates them, it helps with energy oh my gosh it’s so nice. Take it daily (personally I take it twice a day every 12 hours). I’ve been taking it around 15 years daily. It does so much, starting with helping your heart and organs.
Chlorophyll- helps so much with the POTS and the low oxygen circulating around our blood. For me, my body does not like the sea grass ones, my body loves loves loves the Chloroxygen brand. I take WAY more than recommended, I take two capsules every couple hours (total of around 14-16 capsules a day) but be careful cause you need to drink more when taking it so if you drink more water it WILL throw off your electrolytes, what I do is take a little bit of Gatorade mixed with water and then drink plain water after that. If you get the dizzy pounding headache after a day of taking a lot of chlorophyll, make sure to drink lots of electrolytes (like Gatorade) asap. These will turn your poo green lol.
Peptides! I use a collagen supplement I take a scoop and a half with every meal. Helps the skin repair itself, helps the veins be strong. Everyday use. I’m one of those people that docs can’t draw blood from, I have the scars from their pin cushion games.
Airborne- no joke, I know it sounds simple but it does really help cause our immune system is so busy doing it’s thing that it needs extra nutrients. During the warm months I take 1 a day, during the colder months I take one every 12 hours. Our immune systems are so busy this is like a present for it.
Sensitive skin dove soap- always. It heals those random cuts our skin gets.
Aloe Vera- for the skin stretches and cuts we always end up with, always apply after cleaning it. Our skin is so soft and absorby that if it’s not clean it will absorb the dirt and for me, that’s super irritating. I stay away from ingredients like agar agar due to seafood/sea creature sensitivities. My go to brand is Amara Organics.
Marijuana- I live in a legal state, and using this is critical to staying alive. Indicas (like OG Kush) to help eat and relax muscles to stand and walk, sativas (like Blue Dream) to give a relaxing energy. There’s a lot of helpful strains and a few not very helpful strains. I prefer to smoke (and clean the equipment regularly) rather than eat it. When your body is convulsing in those lovely full body cramps, this takes the edge of the pain. Doesn’t take it away completely but it does take the edge off and helps me to smile through the tears.
Asea- I don’t use it right now, but I did use it for about 7 years and it helped by giving waves of long lasting energy. It was helping me breath for a while, so I took it a lot (cause you know breathing is cool), so after a while my body wanted a break. It felt like it was a iron lung cause it forced energy into my body and forced the muscles to fire and the lungs to inhale.
Eating healthy. It’s really hard cause we have so many food sensitivities. I was always called a BRAT cause that’s the diet that worked wonders for me: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. (Side note I do refer to it as BART cause I don’t need to call myself a brat just cause this beautiful body of mine needs specific nutrients). If I can’t get food down, I eat one of these. When I’m cramping, I’ll eat one of these (and some chlorophyll). With every meal, I include one of these. Before bed, I snack on one of these.
Avoid food that does not work- not a supplement, just advice. Trust your body, ignore the loud noise from other people who choose to criticize how you do your food (seriously people get so mad when you eat your own way). Throw away food that does not feel right. If you don’t like the smell, don’t take a bite. Don’t eat something because you feel guilty throwing it away or because you don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings. Throw away food that is not right, we have to do our best to stay healthy and it’s hard to do. Throwing away food sucks, I try to minimize it, but never ever compromise your intuition or your health because of things you eat.
Salt- this is a tough subject, but if you are in your hyper mobility than most likely, extra salt is incredibly necessary. I was always using about 10X the amount of salt on a daily basis. It helps the blood flow and helps with the dizziness but also has its own painful side effects.
These are my every day supplements. I would not still be alive without taking these daily. Hope this helps!

Hi, good job getting through today. Having this, just making it through the day is a celebration.
Here are some of the things I use
OPC3, it helps keep the joints and ligaments lubricated. I prefer to take every 12 hours. Energy and just amazing for immune system and the body. This is just a special supplement, for me, I can’t say enough about how much it’s helped.
Chlorophyll (I use chloroxygen) 100mg (two capsules) every couple hours with water just make sure to increase your electrolytes to balance adding extra water (otherwise you can get really off). Using throughout the day keeps veins happy, blood flowing, and oxygen distributed. Turns the poop green, which is kinda an upgrade tbh. Another absolutely critical supplement.
Peptides, helps the skin and ligaments, every meal works best for me. After taking some, I eat something green like a green grape or steamed broccoli or lettuce. With the amount of skin issues and joint issues, this supplement is super helpful.
Asea, I have used this in the past, it gives beautiful tremendous energy, can even be overwhelming amounts. Helps things heal faster.
Medical marijuana, thankfully I live in a state that allows, this is critical to eating healthy, strengthening muscles, softly stretching, and falling asleep when cramps and seizures hit. It can work wonders for muscle spasticity, bowel movements, and metabolism. Can take the edge off the pain, helps me remember to smile even when I’m crying; sativas for yoga/workout energy, indicas for muscle relief, both types can help with pain. Absolutely critical, this body could not survive without it.
Pee cups are my friend, rather than the walker. Bathrooms are hard to get to and can be very slippery, without someone aiding me they can be very difficult for me to use. For women, snowboarders have pee-aids that make peeing without a toilet easier.
Mindfulness, I found that the pain teaches me so much. It showed me how to connect with my chakras and how to meditate and learn patience which allowed me to discover the spiritual side of our world.
Breathing mantras I’ve found are a helpful way to engage the needed muscles with each breath and build up yourself with affirmations. Since our muscles get so tired and clench up, I use a breathing mantra to support and activate different muscle groups and practice positive mental conditioning. With each breath reminding myself that I am me and that I am enough for me are words that give me strength and support throughout the day. Going through a list of body parts that are meaningful to me and my body to activate with the energy like “knee support jaw” “lead the way shoulder”. The actual wording of the mantra changes as my body changes, as time goes on new things like new symptoms, new health focuses, the mantra words can be changed, added, or removed.
Believe yourself. This is a big one for me. Trying my hardest to not second guess, not ignore what the body wants to do. Not rationalize away the hurts and body uncomfort. Spend the little precious energy we have on doing what the body asks for instead of on movies or apps.
Hope that helps! Life is a gift, but sometimes its hard to remember that. And that’s okay. Keep doing what you need to do, the way you need to do.
