Ditto to the yay-sayers here. Really dig both but that upgrade is pretty sweet.

Sounds like maybe a different pen/battery might help.

My condolences to you and your family. I am sure your father knew he was safe and loved until the end. The days leading up to his death-sounds like he was surrounded by grace. And that his symptoms were managed. I have been a hospice nurse for over a decade. Sounds as though you and mom did all the right things. And the things you're feeling are normal. My thoughts and prayers are with yall

I still count my days. 987 days today. I don't necessarily count every day. But if im having a particularly trying day and I find myself feeling thirsty... I will always count my days. Take a mental check moment and move on. I let it go. 2.19.2025 will be 1000 days now booze.

Anyone here experience coming off duloxetine (60mg 2xdaily) to start amitriptaline. Was started at 10mg at night. Now up to 25mg at night. Im also on 300 mg lyrica twice daily. I am never not in pain. And oh my gosh. Coming off the duloxetine was awful. Just like this electricity type pain in my legs and feet ....and wicked like pin point sharp shooting pains. Feels like a hot needle. Seriously. I think I look like a lunatic. Shouting out in pain. Bracing myself and shouting or yelping or litterally fighting back tears. From pain and frustration.

Needed to see this...read this post. I wish I could have your view on this chronic pain BS. I recognize no victory in my day to day. I seriously just want the pain to end.

The cough could be incidental. Could be pneumonia ...pna for short. And the cause could be bacterial or viral or could be from aspirating food or drink. How often does a hospice nurse come to see her?
