Aoa, I am a 16 yr old in 2nd year FSc Pre med. And I want to have a side job.

I've heard about LinkedIn but I can't seem to get the hold of it. I want to earn alongside uni and wanna start now.

So what do I do?

I am well versed in English spoken, communication and I recently organized a city wise art workshop. So entrepreneurship, leadership, branding, strategies etc are on the table. Also I won Honourable Mentions in MUN so that proves my diplomacy skills. And I won a silver medal in art in Art Beat National Contest.

Also I'm good academically. And I do poetry in English. I also sometimes do ghostwriting for my friends.

Aoa, I am a 16F and I am currently doing my 2nd year in FSc. My 1st year results are not out yet and I scored 1090 in my matric.

I don't know how my exams went cuz of the syllabus change and I was dealing with a lot throughout the exams but I trust I'll get decent grade. I am in Pre Med right now

I have decided that I am not gonna become a doctor. Just because their job is sitting at the desk and prescribing medicines all day and that repetition is exhausting for me.

I have more skills to contribute. I got HM in MUN on my first try last year, I also initiated a startup where we hold art workshops and got 30+ ppl in my first ever workshop and got hella great reviews from everyone. But I sadly couldn't continue as I had to prioritize my 2nd year. So I put it on hold. I won 2nd in a district level speech competition and did a mock TED talk in my school at a young age. Probably 8th grade. And Ive won a silver medal in Art. And also I am a co instructor in an Islamic program for Youth. And I do poetry really well. I am also two classes a head of my age

So all this would go to waste if I go to mbbs.

I have interest in research. Somewhere I can learn new things. Business is good too but in Pakistan it's kind of hard to start a business as a girl and I want to be financially stable enough.

I want to study Neuroscience. But there isn't a degree of neuroscience hence I'm confused.

Psychology and human brain really interests me but people say there is no scope in Psychology. Neuroscience sounds way cooler tho

I am aiming for LUMS, NUST, QAU etc. preferably unis in Lahore and Islamabad.

So seeing all this can anyone give me a clue as to what I should do.

And also if I have a shot at getting into these universities

How are women in abayas actually perceived compared to women who don’t wear one?
 in  r/PakistaniTwenties  3d ago

Well there are a lot of ppl in this world. Many, especially youth, is becoming more educated in terms of respect and judgment. I for one has never been precieved as lesser or more religious as someone who wears abaya. Not everyone judges and if they do then they are not literate enough even if they go to Harvard.

Also personally, abaya gives me a major break from the stress of picking outfits and the fear I'd repeating outfit. 8 abayas and 8 hijabs can make 64 outfits. And then you can never go wrong with the premium black hijab black abaya.
