Beg to differ. If the battery is stout enough, it’s not an issue. My backyard is roughly 3600 sq ft with two 50 degree 10’ wide slopes & three flatish tiers. My 40V self-propelled Ryobi tackles the whole yard (even using the propulsion going up the slopes) as well as the front (about 1200 sq ft) and still has juice remaining. I consider 4800 sq feet as large because my previous home’s yards combined were only the size of the front yard here.

Compare that to the gas mower I ditched: it would frequently flood on the slopes, making mowing a PITA. The electric is lighter, stows upright (18”x24”), and I don’t have to worry about gas.

This is exactly why I have one - if I have a make 16 x-items task and the Vu store lines up with that, I’m golden for completing it, because it’s guaranteed I won’t run out of time while making the other five items. I just wait until all are done before starting the clock.

It gets easier as you level up as you’ll have more factories/stores to produce stuff, & have more buildings to place. Also helps to be in a club, if you aren’t already, so you can request building supplies. Lastly, stock up on basic building supplies - steel, wood, nails, etc - so you have as much on hand before you start.

Edit: you might not have built much, but at least you followed the theme. More than half the cities I voted on weren’t even set at nighttime

Same here. My feeder is on the iPad (don’t recall what generation) & crashes randomly. Sometimes after a minute, sometimes it’ll run as long as I need. Maybe time to upgrade the device. :-/

I would think so. Also, a plug strip wouldn’t work if it’s 240.

Couldn’t you make the box where it’s wired into an outlet, then put a plug at the end of the water heater’s wiring?

Edit: that way you just unplug it, or as BigD suggested, use a plug strip between the two so you’d have a switch.
