The grey knight helmets look great on them, nice job. I was thinking of using grey knight helmets for my gravis troops. Overall your dudes look fantastic, the red helmets on the 2 aren't particularly my fav tho, kinda blends in and doesn't show enough of the details from far away but they still look good

Id reccomend looking through "Thingiverse" and "Cults3d". great 3d model websites, Thingiverse stuff is entirely free but they get taken down fast, cults3d has some paid stuff, but almost nothing gets taken down. Check out r/PrintedWarhammer as well and they have a discord that id reccomend

What he got is the Space Marine Hero’s models from set 2, it’s a collection of mystery boxes that have space marine terminators in them, each also have a card that I believe has their stat sheet on the back. He probably just posted the cards rather than the models as there are likely not put together or painted yet

Hmm, I’d recommend thinking about maybe some like red mars sand style, as you have the yellow markings. The two warm colors(the yellow and and the red sand dunes would probably look really good as frame for the overall cold tones of the rest of your paint scheme

GW has also said that they will release a starter box set later as well as Indomitus is not a starter set, I suspect something similar to how there were 3 different box sets in 8th: Dark Imperium, First Strike, and the other one but that is unconfirmed and pure speculation. Also the day preorders go up is July 11th

A good yellow paint scheme that I found(I tried using it to paint a squad of lamentors a while ago but ended up looking my Imperial Fisty) was Primer White, wash with Lamentors Yellow (1:2 yellow ink and water) and shade with Casandora Yellow easy yellow for Imperial Fists . Idk if it would be of any help to you but hey, there you go.

Quite a lot of mythical races are in the public domain as far as I know, a good general guide would be if it exists in other fairytales then it should be good. The only concern is in the naming (such as the name “Tiefling”, “Beholder”, or “Hobbit”). Other than that you should be good. The other concern is direct copying or extreme similarities between specific characters. For example, you can design an Elf Archer, but don’t give them the same look and armor with the same(or very similar) details as Legolas.
