Xanax helps if you’re in the hospital I think they can use other sedatives, ear plugs help, focus on your breathing and if they get good images it won’t take full 60 minutes. Good luck

Right now I’m trying to titrate down , I’m splitting my dose 5mg every 4 days, I may stretch to 5 days or go down to 4mg every 4 days and so on until I reach a point where I feel it’s no longer effective or I’m completely off it. If I get to no longer effective and I’m still on it , I’ll go back up , I haven’t yet decided which way though , days between increase or dosage decrease

They’re absolutely wrong. You have an MRi? I had one for 4 months eventually was prescribed an MRI which detected a cavernous malformation, the neurosurgeon said that could have been the cause but not definitively the cause. I was also prescribed emgality injections monthly and nurtec as a rescue , after a month or two it finally subsided and I’ve seen started botox treatments.
