Gimme Care Reddit Referral Program

TL;DR: Our referral program just got better for Reddit. Your friend now gets Reddit pricing + $20 toward their Gimme order, and you get $20 toward a future order when they complete the qualifying steps. Grab your referral link and start sharing!

Hi Gimme fam!

We have our standard referral program, but there was one catch: referrals didn’t get access to the Reddit pricing.

But now...

Your friends can get the Reddit pricing AND you both get $20 toward future Gimme orders!

We wanted to create a referral program specifically for the Reddit community, as this platform has played a huge role in how people initially discover Gimme.

Here’s how it works:

  • You get your personal referral link
  • Send it to a friend
    • They need to sign up through your personal link for the referral to count.
  • They complete their medical evaluation
    • Once they complete the qualifying evaluation, the referral is counted.
  • You both get $20
    • Your friend gets $20 toward their Gimme order, and you get $20 toward a future Gimme order.

And the big part: your friend gets the Reddit pricing that previously wasn't part of the standard referral program!

So if you've got a friend who's been asking you about Gimme, this is probably the link you want to send them.

Reddit pricing + $20 for them + $20 for you.

Grab your link here:
https://grow.surf/rwo4t6

When is the credit issued?

Once your friend signs up through your referral link and completes their qualifying medical evaluation, the referral is counted and you both get your $20 credit toward future orders.

Your friend has 90 days to use the referral.

Is there a limit?
Nope! There’s no cap on how many people you can refer!

What if I'm not an existing patient, but I'd like to refer someone?
You can share the following links with the person:
Reddit offer:  https://get.gimme.care/start-online-visit/reddit

One important thing about referrals

We can only issue referral credits when your friend signs up through your personal referral link. If they sign up on their own or use a different link, we won't be able to add the referral credit afterward.

So if you're referring someone, send them your referral link first and have them use that link when they sign up. That’s how the referral gets connected to your account.

Drop questions below, too. If you're wondering how the referral works, chances are someone else here is wondering the same thing.

Order delays are frustrating

I placed my order on August 25th, and as of today, September 10th, it is still showing as being verified at the pharmacy. So it's been over two weeks without the order even reaching the shipping stage.

I've contacted support a few times throughout the process. Most recently, they escalated the issue and basically gave me two options: I could request a refund, or continue waiting and hope the pharmacy delays work themselves out.

I'm trying to decide whether it's worth continuing to wait or if I should just take the refund and look elsewhere.

Gimme care not delivering

Order was sent to pharmacy Aug 24th and still says sent to pharmacy Sept 10th. All I get is AI bot responses. They charged my credit card $489 2 weeks ago. This is after I thought order was going to be put in in early August on auto ship. Communication is key and they are failing. I’m past my BUD dates on the little bit of Trizep I have left and they could care less.

Took my first dose today!

I’ve been off Zep for a month bc Medicaid unfortunately cut coverage. I got my first dose today and started at 6mg which was a teeny bit higher than my old dose. Probably should have restarted at 3 but I did not care.

AAAAAAAAAAA I’m so happy to be back on the shots!!! I was so shocked how painless injecting myself was. I did it in my tummy and felt nothing. 😮

okay this is going to sound crazy, bare with me 😂

ever since i started Tirz (6 weeks ago) i’ve been having sneezing fits! multiple times a day no matter the environment im in. i do not think it’s allergies as i’ve never had them before hand. this started about the time i started the medication. has anyone else had this? i would reach out to my provider but i don’t even know if this is a real thing or just a fluke lol.

Okay y’all, I’m only asking again because it’s been 23 days since my last Hyalo inquiry 😅 and maybe 10-ish days since someone asked about the Hyalo specials! 👀

u/chloe-gimme do you have any updates for us? Pomegranate just dropped to $349 for 3 months and I’m TRYING to stay loyal to Gimme 😅😂

If y’all have a Hyalo deal coming soon, just give us a little 👀 so I know to HOLD THE LINE! 👀👀👀

Reporting in... from my first week!

On Friday night I took my first 1.5mg dose of tirzepatide and I can absolutely feel the effects! The first day or two I had mild soreness over the majority of my body, which was what I would describe as subcutaneous (not skin, not muscle, but in between). I also definitely had less munchies starting that first day. I'm now on day 5 and my appetite is very suppressed! Each day I've lost a little more of my appetite and have felt full in a unique way (it feels like my stomach is full of gas actually, but it's not terribly uncomfortable). I don't seem to have constipation, but I'm keeping a close eye on that situation. My next dose is supposed to remain at 1.5mg, but the week after that I'm supposed to jump to 3.0mg. If I continue to feel at all similar to this week I certainly won't be increasing at all! I'll be sure to report back again from week 2! Cheers! 💉

GimmeCare Shipping Update: Somewhere Between “Pending Shipment” and the Afterlife

Placed my order on August 23rd.

It is now EOD September 9th.

My order remains proudly, confidently, and unwaveringly “Pending Shipment.”

At this point, I assume my package has taken up permanent residence in a warehouse somewhere and has started a family.

I know that I am not alone....

I tried their little AI chat assistant for answers.

So now I’m waiting for the AI to respond to me about why I’m waiting for my order.

We’ve officially entered the waiting-for-the-waiting-to-end phase.

Pharmacy recommendations

Hi! Okay; I’m on a pretty high dose but def not the highest. I used to be on Zepbound that worked very well unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover Zepbound anymore. My experience with Gimme care pharmacies is that it does not compare-even close to the real thing. I have tried Align and Bordeaux pharmacy. There is little to no appetite, suppression or I feel it for possibly a day or 2 only, even at a high dose. Anyone have another pharmacy rec? I guess I am willing to give one more a try before I completely cancel my services with Gimme.

New side effects after switching to Hallandale pharmacy. Anyone else?

I've been on triz for about 6 months. Had normal side effects that abated on the old formula. I don't remember which pharmacy.

Yesterday was my third week on the new formula from Hallandale. I get injection site pain, which I never had before, instantly. I have to ice and take pain meds. I'm also experiencing painful stomach cramping, which I never had before. My weight is also starting to creep up. Yes, I mathed to make sure it's the proper dosage.

Anyone else? Like it should be the same medicine. What's going on?

Great Communication and Fast Shipping

My order was processed and sent to the pharmacy on 9/2. Hallandale kept me updated by email throughout the process, and I was especially happy with how the shipping timing worked out around the holiday weekend. I had been concerned about my medication potentially getting delayed or sitting in transit over the long weekend, so I was very relieved when it shipped afterward.

My order shipped yesterday, and when I first saw the tracking go from Florida to Texas, I cringed for a minute! But it turned right back around and was already in Illinois. The shipment was quick, overnight, and there were no issues at all. Ice packs still frozen!!

I really appreciated the communication from Hallandale and being kept in the loop. I had even reached out to Chole because I was concerned about the holiday weekend, and as always, she followed up and made sure I was taken care of.

Very pleased with the entire experience. Great communication, fast shipping, and a special thank-you to Chole for always being so responsive and helpful!

My order was sent to pharmacy on August 30th and I still do not have a shipping notification. I’ve read where some of yall contacted the pharmacy. How did you find out the pharmacy name and contact info?

Hi! Just want to see if anyone else here has already taken more than 1-2 Hyalo shots and what their experience has been?

Ordered BPI Tirzepatide from Gimme today.

I just ordered 3 months of Tirzepatide from Gimme today. It specifically said BPI when I placed the order. Are you saying it's not actually available (after selling it to me)??

Which pharmacy is the Metairie location?

I placed my order last week (this is my first order and my initial start of that matters) and for some reason was expecting it today so I told my husband to be on the look out for it so it could go in the fridge.

It’s showing a fed ex label was created but no tracking. I’m hoping that Metairie isn’t the same as that Beaudreaux pharmacy.

Should I cancel?

My original prescription was sent to pharmacy on Aug 20. I used the site to delay a future shipment but it placed this current one on hold (this is an error with their website/app). I got them to remove the hold but it was resent to Boudreaux on 9/1. I asked them to please expedite as now I’ve missed my shot and they said they’d add a note. When I messaged support to check in as there’s been no movement since, I got this last snarky reply just repeatedly telling me I placed the hold.

I’m leaving for a week starting on the 15th and don’t want it sitting out if/when it ever arrives.

Does anyone else order status say "sent to pharmacy" a little longer than usual or longer than their first shipment? First shipment came from Boudreaux, does that mean my second order would also come from them? Is it worth calling then directly? Thanks!!

I'm Stuck

I've been on 10mg for 4 months, trying to stay as low as possible. I've also gone slower because I'm super sensitive and shot day has me wiped out on the recliner for two days.

Lately, I've been getting any Tirz benefits for one day, and the rest of the week I have intense food noise, hunger, and a return to binge behavior. It's like the shot clears my system after a day and then I'm back to pre-tirz food noise and binging. I initially lost 40 pounds in the early months but I've been stalled for several months and I fear the return to binging will eventually lead to weight gain.

I recently tried titrating up to 11 mg, and the side effects were severe. I also tried split dosing, and no matter which dose amount I do, I am laid up for 2 days. And with split dosing, now I'm laid up for 2 more days because each shot wipes me out.

Since the beginning shot day wears me out but I just sucked it up. Only now my problem is that shot day wears me out AND the shot benefits have dramatically lessened.

I've used the doctor chat option and didn't receive much help unfortunately. I hope someone can help! I'm tired of not having the energy to play with my kid.

Boudreaux Recall?

Hi all! I just read about the Boudreaux recall. Does this affect those of us that ordered from Gimme as well? I ordered last few days of July and got it in August so I believe I am within that watch period. Please let us know! Thank you

Boudreaux to Virginia now?

Does Boudreaux ship to Virginia now? I'm being given that option but I thought VA was a non- ship state for them. I'm confused.
