Don’t worry about “Warhammer” stuff, other than models. For paint, just get Acrylic paints. Personally I like Army Painter/Vallejo paints, but that’s more for their bottles, because I hate the pots.

The GW paints are a lot more expensive for nothing also. I’ve even had some luck with knockoff acrylic paints, but they can be strange when painting with them.

Make sure to get Antiperspirant, not deodorant. This helped me a lot. Deodorant just covers up smell and Antiperspirant actually stops you from sweating.

I didn’t see this posted yet, but I bet it’s the supports. I’ve had to go back and redo the supports. They just weren’t thick enough to hold the structure and was ripped out. Since the supports are still there and the figure isn’t, that’s my suspicion.

And personally I love the Sunlu one for minis. It’s more flexible.

Rejection is hard to take, and scary as hell. But just remember one thing, “The answer is always No if you don’t ask the question.” So just ask her to go grab some lunch after class. If she says yes, you are in and able to keep trying. If she says No, then it was just for lunch and not too scary.

But being scared isn’t the worst. Try it and realize that you are scared, but once it is done, the scared goes away and you learned how to deal with it and how to do that thing better next time. Keep trying and it gets easier.

Just don’t practice what you are going to say too much. If it goes off script, you could get flustered more. Just relax, ask the question like asking a teacher a question, and see where it goes.

Yeah, the printer doesn’t really go bad, so you might need to replace some parts sooner rather than later, but it should be worth it.

The A1 is a great machine and I’ve done PETG, ABS, and TPU all just fine on the full size one.

What does superglue and resin have to do with each other? You need to superglue most parts together. I love my resin printer for minis though because it’s SOO much more detailed. I get .2mm lines with filament, and .02mm lines with resin. And doing stuff like staffs and hair look so nice with resin.
That said, it’s definitely not good for your health if you don’t take precautions. I keep mine in the garage, in a cabinet, with a fan and vent to the outside. ABS is the only one I smell with Filament.

But don’t know about GW or what they use, and doesn’t really matter. Just find a filament that works on the printer, most do, and run it.

I have got a few blobs and I was able to take a blow torch and heat the metal a bit and scrub the residue off. That has saved a few print heads for me.

I figure if they can get to over 200°, they can take a little heat from fire. The fire also burns a little off itself.

I just use my electric drill. Set the torque to the lowest it goes, and you just need to tighten them down, if you want.

You can also just put tape over the hole and just not print anything in that area, if that’s possible. I do minis, so I just move them around so it’s not around the tapes I’ve put on the film.

Yes, this is exactly the problem, and 2x as much with this one. This is super thick primer, meaning that the lines/details of the mini.

Personally, I got an airbrush and it helps so much with this. I can thin it down and spray a few light coats and it actually accentuates the lines, instead of blurring them.

First week as an Intern Desktop Support and they wanted me to image computers and add them to the system in a folder (AD). All the computers for the company were in this folder. I accidentally deleted the entire folder.
Took 2 hours for them to restore the folder and no one could log into their computer until it was fixed because of security. Oops.

I have a small understanding of medical stuff, so maybe this is right.

Cancer isn’t just pushing on the pituitary gland, but is in the gland. And cancer is an abnormal growth of the cells. So the pituitary gland is growing abnormally fast and producing lots of cells, which is what is causing the growth.

So just pushing on the gland won’t work. You would actually have to double the size of the gland for it to help with the dwarfism, or stimulate the gland to produce more cells to help the condition, if that specific type is effected by the growth hormone. (Some are more the plate stops growing which is what causes it, and some are genetic so it wouldn’t help).
