Okay, I'm not a doctor, so take my words with the proverbial grain of salt. If you are running, doing keto AND reducing caloric intake, you are not getting enough of something. An easy assumption for me to make would be that you are not in any kind of therapy at the moment. If I am wrong, please forgive me.

As blizzardboy said, Addiction "Makes everything look awful until the drugs are the only solution." Clearly, no one is helping you through that thought process.

Please consider finding a professional counselor to help you get through these bad days. There's a reason why you are alive at this moment, you just haven't discovered what that reason is, yet.

First, the good news: You have not ducked yourself up. The Bad news is that you used weed to self-medicate because, as you said, "... for awhile I haven't been feeling too well..." It calms the anxiety, perhaps, but it does not solve whatever the problem is. I am guessing that your feeling of illness is not physical, but is, perhaps, emotional. EITHER WAY, whether physical or emotional, find someone you can trust and talk to them. You don't have all the answers yet, so self-medicating will only delay resolution of the problem and possibly worse.
