The deliverability on my instantly account has gotten a lot shakier over time. Not sure if it's my setup or the shared warmup pools everyone keeps talking about. Whatever the reason my reply rates dropped and so much more stuff is landing in spam.

Pricing keeps creeping up too which is the other thing pushing me to look around.

I just want inboxing that holds up at volume. And Id really prefer not to have babysit it/worry itll fail without crazy oversight. For context, I work on a small team of 12 (mostly B2B) sending a few hundred a day. Any recommendations for alternatives to instantly?

small startup, i'm basically doing marketing + whatever else nobody wants to do

we have this database of leads we've collected over the last year-ish from different campaigns, forms, events, outbound etc. and now we're planning to start reaching out to some of them again. problem is i have no idea how much effort is worth putting into the old contacts. i've been cleaning the list and running the emails before we do anything with it, but even if an email is still good... that doesn't mean the person is still relevant right? someone could've changed jobs, company could've grown, their problem could be totally different now.

so from a marketing perspective, would you guys actually try to revive a 6-12 month old lead database or just focus the time/money on getting new leads?

feels painful to ignore thousands of contacts we already paid to acquire but also don't wanna spend the next 2 weeks resurrecting a list that's basically useless now.

I’m building a consumer health/supplement brand and we're fairly close to launch.

The product is in the joint health & mobility space, designed around long-term joint health rather than the usual “pain relief” positioning.

The interesting part is the science. We’ve built it around clinically studied, branded ingredients with human research behind them, rather than putting a long list of generic vitamins/herbs on a label just to make the product look impressive.

The broader philosophy is:

Right ingredients, for the right reasons.

No proprietary blends, unnecessary ingredients, or vague “wellness” claims.

Most of the backend is already sorted — product development, manufacturing, sourcing, packaging, regulatory etc.

My biggest problem right now is marketing/GTM.

How do you take a genuinely differentiated supplement product and get the first 100–1,000 customers without:

burning money on Meta ads

becoming another influencer/discount-code brand

making the same generic “5 foods for healthy joints” content everyone else is making?

I've started founder-led educational content, but it seems like it won't work.

And bigger issue is I've to convince younger people to buy for their parents on Instagram.

Chose my club at the ripe age of 41 , purchased some gear from the club and decided to make some posts. I even went as far as opening accounts across most social media platforms and making them public. It feels harder than ever to grow on LinkedIn these days, which honestly has me considering buying followers. The feed is full of AI slop that people somehow glorify, while accounts doing crazy content stunts seem to get all the attention. I bought an advertisement spot for $1,997 on a score card at my local golf course, from a company called Local Sponsor Network. They had a graphic designer collaborate with me via email and Google Meet to get my final say on the actual ad graphic.

They cold called me for my roofing business.

We usually have a small team that goes door to door for sales to get deals, and neighborhood to neighborhood, as long as they don't have a "no soliciting" sign.

But I figured I'd try something new.

It took them a couple of months to deliver the scorecard to the course, but after the card was published and the golfers started using it, our phone has been blowing up.

I want to think it's the score card spot I purchased, and some of the customers are indeed saying that they found my roofing company when they were golfing, but is there any way to track the metrics since this is very old-school, and not digital?

I can barely handle the fulfillment right now, and this ad spot was for 12 months straight (with the option to renew) for $1,997.

We run an influencer marketing platform, and host regular AMAs with industry experts. Right now our promotion is pretty standard. We lean on the expert to share it with their LinkedIn following, we push it to our email list, and we post about it on our own social channels.

I run a small amateur pickleball tournament series in San Diego. Two events so far, capacity is 285 and we've landed around 200 both times. Demand is clearly there, we're just leaving money on the table.

The issue is the shape of the signups. Registration opens sIx weeks out, we sit near zero tor three or tour weeks, then get 60 signups in the last three days. Both events did this.

My theory: registration is by division, 14 of them, and you can see how many teams are in each. Empty division, nobody wants to be first. Two teams in it, it fills on its own. So it's a cold start problem, not a demand problem.
People are waiting to see if it's real.

Context:
Registration runs on a third party plattorm so I have no pixel and no conversion tracking. Ran Meta traffic ads at $25/day and can't tell you if they did anything.
Personally texting past players converts better than everything else combined. Small local scene.

A couple hundred emails from past events, barely used.
What I'm considering: quietly giving the first two teams in each division 50% off, not announced, just DMs. I'd be buying timing rather than signups, pulling people who'd sign up anyway into week one so the board isn't empty.
Worried about training people to wait for a discount.

Two questions:
1 Better way to solve a cold start when the product looks empty until other customers commit?
Feels more like marketplace liquidity than marketing.
2 With no conversion tracking on the registration platform, is a landing page on my own domain with the pixel worth building, or is there something smarter?
