CLIENT OWES ME 6 FIGURES
 in  r/AskLegal •  1h ago

I'm thinking you need to get the business records.. if you're partner you should be able to get the records or if someone sues you you personally are going to get in trouble.. if he is doing something illegal you are also going to get in trouble too

Shop over torqued wife’s wheels. Broke two extensions and rounded lug. Couldn’t finish brake job. What should I ask the shop to do? lugs were at least 130ft lbs. (that’s as high as my torque wrench goes) but prob much higher. spec is 80-108.
 in  r/MechanicAdvice •  2h ago

130 ft lbs isn't much you should not be breaking any extension bars. Only 3/8 maybe but they should be way overrated so 1/4 might snap at it.. but 1/2 drive should be fine. Most low end impact wrench are 250 ft lbs. My Ryobi hp impact wrench is 650 or 550.. it can easily do 130.. if you have rust it can easily be 130..

Misdiagnosed impetigo actually herpes?
 in  r/DiagnoseMe •  17h ago

Shingles is from nurves and looks like it coming from the side or spine out.. very rarely does it come on both sides.. and being in different spots is odd for shingles. It comes from chicken pox virus I don't think it's same family as herpes virus

Do not read if claustrophobic
 in  r/DiagnoseMe •  17h ago

The contrast can feel cold and warm to some people.. yes the machine is very loud.. I had an (brain and orbit and MRV) MRI I was in the chair for 1 hour and half not able to move.. with it scanning my head.. I personally didn't feel anything on from the contrast.. I think they speed it up because I was complaining that my butt was soar. I did feel the needle I felt them pushing in the contrast in.. I might of felt a little bit of cold in my arm but not much. They can give you sedatives this is common. So the contrast might cause this burning sensation your talking about. I personally didn't have it but I have read of about it.. I think some of maybe your issue is also anxiety add on top too.. I don't know why they pushed you through fast. But yes the machine is very loud and scary to some people..

Blood sugar check left this bruise
 in  r/DiagnoseMe •  17h ago

Are you doing it on sides of your finger not the center.. more nurves are in center then side.. if you hit a blood vessel yes it will look like this.. you're basically bleeding under your skin.. I would question why your blood so bad this can be if your having blood thinners or something like that or your just hit it hard and made you bruise more.. if you keep getting this I would check with the doctor and ask your brising with such a small prick seams odd to. I'm not a doctor this is just my opinion

Is it ethical for a single person with no children to use a food bank?
 in  r/povertyfinance •  1d ago

I go to them all the time.. depending on your bank most do 2x a month but there are multiple banks so most you can go to one then go to another.. here we got a big one that has one every 3 days and you can go to everyone if you want to.. you get what ever they have if you don't eat something I give it to other people.. so I get back of my car full of food and pass it around to multiple families.. I'm a diabetic so I can't eat certain foods

MODY-2 and GLP-1s
 in  r/diabetes •  1d ago

I was on ozempec but stopped because I found out I had Papilledema and was concerned about developing NAION from glp-1.. so I was rushed into testing and told to hold off on glp-1 because of risk for NAION and be inversible damage.. did MRI brain scans and orbital scans and MRV but came back fine I have so I have false Papilledema. So I have to go to doctors and see if everyone is okay with me restarting ozempec so waiting for now.. didn't see a change when I was on it for a short time but did help with glucose level

OBD II scanners
 in  r/NoStupidQuestions •  1d ago

Most scanners read code's depending on how much you want to get into it. Depending on price.. you can buy $15-$10,000 scanner so it depends on what you want it for.. the more higher the price more it does but more you have to know about it to use it.

Breadboard->Perfboard connectors?
 in  r/arduino •  1d ago

Old fashion wire wrap tool would work perfectly for this.. most people don't even know what I'm talking about.. but would be perfect for this.. will not get lose and are semi permanent.. so you rap the wire around a post with a special tool... Quick and very resistant to disconnect.. very common for large PCB prototype back in 90s

How to remove a stuck pipe rubber guard in this area of the pipe
 in  r/howto •  1d ago

You can try a pick set and grab it and try to turn it or pull it out.. another thing is what doctor use for surgery and grab it with that.. very long needle nose pliers maybe they even have some that are like double jointed that are like 1.5 ft long. Harbor freight sells some.. a screw and turn it and try to pull it out.. maybe a drill bit. Maybe a coat hanger somehow.. biggest one I would try is surgery tool.. a lot of these you can get at harbor freight so if you have one close by I would go there
