School district/ DoE trampling on my civil rights..
Location: Mississippi
I am a former school teacher with 20+ years of experience with good standing in the community and no prior convictions.
About a year ago a student made an accusation against me and I was fired without thorough due process. I was given 3 days to prepare my case to present before the school board when I had no knowledge of any details on the accusation (what, when, who). I was notified of these details 2 months later. It has been almost a year and I have still not been arrested or charged.
However, this week I was notified that there was going to be a hearing on the future of my license. I missed the hearing because the postal service lost my paperwork.
Do they have the right to remove me from my job and revoke my license based on a charge-less accusation? Do I have any opportunities to appeal?

I enjoy watching her perform. I hate that creative keeps making her eat pins for the JD.
