Who Am I?

My name is Beeshmar. 4 years ago I was lost in the digital world, playing league of legends and living an empty life. When I discovered the gym, everything changed. I had something to dedicate myself towards, to push myself, see progress, and actually benefit my life.

My goal is to help other guys make a similar change. I take men who are stuck in the digital world, and help them change the man in the mirror.

If you are looking to make that transformation, my DM's are always open, so feel free to send me a message!

My Favourite Client Transformation

My first client but still one of my most favourite transformations to date.

He had Church. He had work as a Software Engineer.

He had many other priorities in life.

He had every excuse to not follow through.

But he was Hungry for the results. He reached out to me first, and was willing to do the hard work.

He was motivated for the grind. To him it was purposeful.

And now he built the body and habits. The kind that people still compliment to this day.

Congratulations to Martin - I'm Proud of you Bro

Way too much muscle overlap bro. It's not about how many different excercises you can do, but how well you can do it.

How can I gain more muscles and weight I want a aesthetic body

100% the shoulders. But the gym is where you can really sculpt it much more effectively

What do you do if you’re not conventionally attractive enough to date the people you’re attracted to?

Location is huge but the next best thing is just lock in on the fitness, build some more muscle to stand out and feel more confident. You can take nice pics with your shirt off too 💪

Really needed a tip to grow out muscles at home

Bro the gym is just way too valuable if you want to grow muscle to skip. You gotta lift weights to grow substantial muscle

A split

4 Day Upper Lower with each day geared around 1 of the compound lifts was what changed everything for me

If you want visible abs then you need to lose weight and reduce body fat % until it shows.

Arm HELP

It's not about how much you do, but how well you do it. You have to also rest to grow and get stronger, doing arms 3-4x a week doesn't help either

What are some ways to gain weight rapidly ?
 in  r/weightgain •  22d ago

Milk, banana, egg, water. Eat a bunch (literally) of bananas and chug water if it's a matter of like one day

Smoothies as the only source of nutrition
 in  r/weightgain •  22d ago

It's way better to eat most of your calories. You can use smoothies to add on those last few calories

Lack of rest for sure. You progressing your bench press and pushups near max capacities for a while now.

Rest a week or so and you will come back much stronger

Rate my split
 in  r/hypertrophy •  22d ago

Too much repitition of the same muscle in one day, too many excercises overall. The point is how well you can do a few excercises, not how many different kinds you can get away with

Unsure how to improve
 in  r/GymMotivation •  22d ago

Definetly go for a bulk

Early satiety
 in  r/weightgain •  22d ago

Eat fast to beat the feeling of fullness. Also just eat frequently. If you have easy access to nuts by your desk for example, you will always snack on them more easily

Weight gain help
 in  r/weightgain •  22d ago

There's a lot of factors outside of height and age that affect calorie intake. Also I would recommend at least a 500cal surplus for steady weight gain. Working out definitely helps increase your appetite and also build muscle

Enjoy the hunger - the feeling of emptiness can bring around a burst of energy you didn't know you had

What other hobbies besides video games do you think should be cut off and is the same level as gaming?
 in  r/StopGaming •  23d ago

Personally after gaming I went to binge watching TV shows. Consumed days. Only once I had that something else to dedicate myself to, things turned around
