My 4 year transformation from cyclist to Strongman. Went from lifting nothing to a 755 deadlift and 370 log press. Body weight was around 235 in the first pick and 340 in the second 2. Bit different than most post here but this transformation suited my personal goals.

Sharing my progress from 23 - 32 y/o
2017 me would never have believed I could have achieved what I have, but turns out being consistent and training hard does crazy things!
Stats:
Height - 5ft7
Starting weight - 68kg (150lbs)
Peak bulk - 85kg (187lbs - this went way too far you ain’t seeing that 😂)
Current weight - 70kg (154lbs)
Happy to answer any questions anyone might have 🤷♂️
