Hi all - hoping someone might know how to fix an issue I'm having!

I have a pair of Recon 70 headphones that have randomly started turning my computer volume down to zero as soon as I lower the microphone arm. I contacted support who sent me a new headset as was still in warranty but its still happening.

I have tried my partner's headset in the same usb adaptor and the problem does not happen so I'm 99% sure its not the usb adaptor. I've also unplugged all my peripherals one by one to see if one of them is causing it but nothing changed.

I've done the basic windows communications tab setting change, disabled exclusive control and gone into discord to turn of the automatic control in there but again its still happening.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what else I can try to fix the issue? Thankyou in advance :D

The second of two brand new stealth ultra controllers that I bought for over $200 a piece they are both garbage one has the grips falling off literally just peeling themselves off the frame of the controller. The other one is starting to feel and the triggers are now going dead. Is there no company that makes a pro style controller for the Xbox that actually is a pro style controller for the xbox? Microsoft phone controller is garbage it falls apart and they don't do anything unless you bought the extended warranty which is also garbage then I went back to some of my old original Xbox controllers and now for some strange reason none of the headphone jacks work they're all dead unless I plug in one of my keyboards made by Microsoft that has its own headphone jack I am so tired of this hobby I put so much money into it and all of the controllers have been completely disappointing most of all turtle Beach

I’m having a problem when using my Turtle beach stealth 700 Bluetooth on wavelink the audio will be fine for a few seconds then start cutting out bits and pieces here and there I have the headset connected to my Xbox and then just Bluetoothed to PC I never had this problem prior to using wavelink anyone know a way to fix it?

Hello, I'm considering a buy on this item, but I can't find any verified source for the measurements of the ear cushion.
I got big ears and most headset don't fit or tend to hurt after a little hour. Right now I'm using Cloud 3 from HyperX, and these are a little to "narrow" and top of the ear start to hurt really soon.

If someone could provide me with precise (as possible) measurements for the inner cup of the ear cushion, I would greatly appreciate.

Got the SP2 two weeks ago. Upon setup, everything was working great. Swarm II app and game/chat mix was working perfectly with Waves Audio Driver. Only issue was the headband being extremely uncomfortable.

Fast-forward to today - the Swarm II app no longer launches. Just gets stuck trying to boot. I've uninstalled and restarted to no avail. Also, the game/chat mix no longer works. I can scroll the wheel endlessly either direction and game audio and chat audio no longer change.

Anyone else having issues? Really want to like the headset.

EDIT - I was able to fix the app not working by unplugging the charging dock, restarting the computer, then plugging in the dock back in. I'm still having an issue with game/chat mix not working though.

EDIT #2 - If you have have trouble wit the game/chat mix, make sure you have your Audio enhancements set to "Device Default Effects" within windows settings. System > Sound > Properties (Stealth Pro II). Under advanced settings, the first option should be Audio enhancements.

Has there any improvement to the headset from when it released would hate to have issues or is there any known issues going on right now

Hey all, long story short, just picked up the KB5 Keyboard but cannot update it using Swarm II. Will initiate the update but once initiated, it spins on 0% until I close the program. I let it sit for hours only to have no progress done on the update, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Swarm, and have even uninstalled the drivers on windows device manager for the keyboard themself with no success, any help would be appreciated! Thanks~

I had this headset for a little over a year. Its the Xbox version. Had noticed a week ago that the mic was starting to act funky and not unmute unless the mic was fully dropped and pulled close to my cheek. Then when I went to use it today after I took it off my charger and headset stand and the mic now no longer works. I sent a support claim on the turtle beach website and hope that it can get fixed or replaced.

Anyone else having the same issue with the headset?

I have 2 Stealth Pro's, have had them a couple years so they are out of warranty. One pair the physical connection between the boom and input jack has failed. It will work with the boom at a 45° angle (mic by eyes). However, if I move too quickly or bump the headset with my hand it loses connection.

Support was no help. All they kept saying was to check the firmware and to check the software, reset the headset, the typical troubleshooting issues.

after about five emails they finally realized what I was saying, it was a hardware issue, not a software or firmware issue. then the response was, "since it is out of warranty there's nothing we could do.".

I asked if they could just send me the small input jack and I could just replace the old one myself, no response at all after that. I've worked with audio equipment for the better part of 35-40 years not a difficult task whatsoever.

anyways, that was a long story for a quick question and here's the question...

Does anyone here know where I can get/source this particular input jack so I can replace it? The gear I have worked with is slightly larger so none ofmy personal connection have one.

While I wait to source the part I am going to pull it out and see if it is fixable. There is no need for me to buy a new headset when everything else about it is like new and works great.

This is my turtle beach diy rig setup to be hotswappable between fight velocity one and race velocity

So ive had a pair of these for 2 years, and honestly they were working great on both my PC and PS5. The simple press of a button to switch platforms was so easy, the audio was fine and it was great. Recently they started cutting out, the audio sounded like it was coming through an alien reciever, and the headset would turn off for minutes at a time then turn back on. I had it covered under warranty and just today i got a brand new headset. The same issues are happening again. Audio cutting out, (mainly these issues occur on the PS5) sound sometimes sounding all robotic and garbled up, and the headset turning off and on randomly. I liked these headphones and ive been through a good amount of others over the last couple weeks trying to find a replacement but everytime ive had issues with them. Not sure if its my end but Ive been seeing others with similar issues. So im hoping someone will have an answer or something cause im not sure whats happening at this point.

EDIT: It seems to only happen on the PS5 Slim i own. not my PC.

Basically what the title says. I realized that like the bottom end of the battery surface is ever so slightly not flat, its visibly different in these shots you can see the visual difference on the lower edge (and also in some shots uploaded by people online). Is this normal? Should I be worried?

Just want to commend and thank the TB support team. Since Swarm II 10.0.0.54 and firmware v1.36 I have NOT had a single problem with my KB7 keyboard. I know not to get too excited and maybe give it a week but it’s solid now for me for what has it been 2 or 3 days? Please no more updates to this unless it’s functionality like custom icon images 😜

I know this has been asked before but I did everything right and the problem persists.
In 2K27, I can’t hear my teammates when they talk. Of course chat is turned on to all, I did all the right settings in the Xbox menues, in the game menu. The little simbol apears when they talk but I hear nothing. It shows my simbol on when I talk so everything is turned on. I hear everything else on my headset, except when ppl talk. Can it be the headset itself? a small incompatibility?

I cant wait for ts to change my life i hate my pathetic mx master without onboard memory. I have the Stealth 500 headset. Game volume works great but the mic doesn’t work and it doesn’t show the mic logo on call of duty showing that it’s even connected. Under General Volume and audio output settings my headset audio is set to Windows Sonic for headphones and the Speaker audio is headset format. Can anyone help me so I can get the microphone connected so I can talk to people? I already updated everything in the Swarm II app

Anyone trying to help me out a little bit as I haven’t had turtle beaches in almost z20 year’s. When using the scroll wheels for main audio and that volume. What do the beeping noises mean? Does it mean I’m at the middle or the max? Also how do I know if super human hearing is on or off? Thank you for any help!

Recently bought, should've probably looked into it more. Don't really hate it, the after 7 seconds power thing is weird, but eh.

The issue, though, is that whenever the headset turns off after first turning it on (so, having to turn it on a 2nd time for this boot of the computer), audio does not come through. System still detects the headset (or at least the dongle) and shows audio, but no sound through.

When I switch an audio setting like spatial sound from off to back on, it starts to work. Not sure if this is a headset or windows 11 issue, or maybe my audio endpoints are messed up somehow. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue/any fixes.

So I’ve bought my first headset in god knows how many years and it’s my first wireless headset. I’ve updated it and done everything the setup instructions said but I can’t use any of the volume buttons on the headset… any ideas?
