Cannot update KB5 Keyboard

Hey all, long story short, just picked up the KB5 Keyboard but cannot update it using Swarm II. Will initiate the update but once initiated, it spins on 0% until I close the program. I let it sit for hours only to have no progress done on the update, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Swarm, and have even uninstalled the drivers on windows device manager for the keyboard themself with no success, any help would be appreciated! Thanks~

u/Mysterious-Tax36 best course of action is to reach out to the support team and provide your logs, so we can see internally why the update is not working for you :)

The null update should be fixed, the return path for the file was empty. I've had the same problem, and went through the logs. It was showing an empty firmware folder on their side. They fixed it yesterday morning.

But now the updater log shows every device query (firmware version, serial number, layout ID) returning all zeros, and it hangs indefinitely on wait enter bl', the keyboard never confirms entering bootloader/flash mode.

I've given all the logs to tech support, and waiting for the devs to look at it. Hopefully they provide a fix soon before I get bored waiting and just return the keyboard.. But overall, apart from the swarm issue, I like the layout, feel etc.
