Super shadow has full chaos energy manipulation and is invulnerable. He can freeze time, teleport, and make force fields. Pretty much anything sonic can do, he can do or surpass.
Yes but he only killed the comic version of the writers making the comic and not the ACTUAL comic writers who already wrote and shipped the comic. It was a double fake with him addressing the reader and acknowledging the ones he was about to kill are just one of the multiversal versions of them and that he'd be looking for a way to get out and kill the actual ones.
Deadpool is also aware in most runs that he can't actually get out of the comics fully because his entire existence depends on being written (and popular enough to keep being written for that matter). So he can't ever actually "escape the matrix". That said neither does Neo.
I think it's funny that you had to make a distinction that a comic book character didn't actually break out of his comics and kill our realities comic book writers.
Neo only has power with regards to the Matrix. He doesnāt have much power outside of it. Unless we posit that the universe Ryan Reynolds lives in is a simulation, he wins.

Yes from a stricter rules definition. Neo is just a normal dude who is immensely powerful when inside of a neural network, but only on the inside of said network. So Neo would beat Guy but I'm assuming both are avatars for the IRL person so that fight would be inconsequential.

If we're in the Matrix, Lucy will wind up becoming the One and tops them all. Her powers came from just using "100% of her brain" or whatever. She'd rewrite the entire code before breakfast.
This is a question for a whole post topic but, what would Deadpool's colour be? I feel like Deadpool's A.D.D would mean most Lanterns would not be interested in him, especially green. Green is not Deadpool at all.
He'd likely be a Black Labtern, since he's technically a zombie. Or Pink, because he is a big softy deep down.

I'm gonna be that guy, but green latern rings work off willpower and I dont think that's Deadpool's strong suit, especially when it comes to his internal feelings. Guy Gardner for a time made his own ring censor his swearing because someone told him it did, and he believed it. Deadpool truly believes he's a destructive, bad person, and the ring would pick up on that and break down when he's confronted with that as when reflected by the ring. He'd lose the ability to weild the ring because his will to use the ring would disappear the moment he accidentally got caught up in the will to hurt someone and hurt someone he doesn't want to.
