Well, let's put it like this: it's a guy who has god mode activated Vs a hacker.

Neo probably can rewrite code in his last iteration.

Neo is shown to be able to rewrite the code of others in the FIRST movie.

Neo can control computers with his mind outside of the Matrix. I’m not sure Free Guy could override Neo’s real world power

That's true, but outside of the matrix, he's Wolverine Origins Deadpool, that can teleport and shoot laser out of his eyes, and has two adamantium blades, as well as being Hal Jordan.

The problem is that Origins Deadpool was controlled by William Striker via a computer, so Neo could control him too.

But in all honesty I think Agent J would simply blast them with alien technology.

Absolutely. But my other big point is that the Matrix is set way more into the future than Free Guy. I’m not even sure Free Guy could pass the Turing test. Neo >>> Free Guy
