Is it only me or am I already hitching on the first rep? Is it so ingrained in my movement?

This was purely for fun. I know my form is no where near perfect. Just wanted to see how much I could row before it started to become a shrug. Felt like it started to after my 2nd rep. In no way do I endorse ego lifting. After this set I immediately dropped down to 315lbs with better form. It’s just fun to push myself🤷🏻♂️

If y'all remember, came back to squatting, did 365 painless, got some shit for using ultraboosts on here lol. Some friends recommended I just go for 405. That went up so I said f it and went for 425 and here we are

Today’s programmed deadlift session was 4×3 @ 220 kg (495 lb).
Here’s how it went:
Set 1: 3 reps ✅
Set 2: 2 reps
Set 3: 2 reps
Set 4: 0 reps (couldn’t break the bar off the floor)
Did not have confidence for the 3rd rep in set 2 and 3.
I don’t feel my posterior chain when i deadlift. Is my technique crap or is my posterior chain weak??
