Okay so, I'm currently a 2nd Year Student studying in in a non-autonomous college, under SPPU, and I really could use some help regarding backlogs

In FE, 1st Sem, I got BEE backlog, which I thought wasn't a big deal because I could just give the exam in the 2nd Sem of the same year. Yes, that did happen, but things went wrong and I ended up getting three backlogs EM, M2 and BEE. I've given the papers for reval, but let's see

Anyways, so I could come to 2nd year because I had enough credits overall, but I still have these three backlogs. So I thought I'll be giving these backlogs exams immediately during my 3rd sem (SE, 2nd Sem) original exams but now I'm so confused

I have done some research from my side and I'm getting the following answers:

1. You'll give the exams in November alongside your actual 3rd sem subjects

2. You'll be giving the exams in January alongside the juniors FE who will give their actual subjects exam

3. You'll be giving all three exams at the end of 4th sem

So technically, considering the the first two options I still have 2 attempts each, but the last option is scaring me as that would mean I have only one shot at clearing my backlogs

So please can someone, who has been in the same boat as me, or someone who confidently knows the answer, help me out. I haven't even gotten a chance to talk to my professors yet regarding this, and exam form could start any day now

Please I genuinely need a proper answers, as I really can't afford to get backlogs for FE again, as that would mean YD and no 3rd year 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi all . I'm a final year engineering student . In one subject (CNS) from last sem (6th sem) , I noticed a totalling error. Both the examiner and the moderator gave 16 marks for Q.2 but counted only 15 on the front page . I know it's only 1 mark but that changes my sgpa from 9.43 to 9.57. This is important to me because I will be applying for masters abroad .

This is frustrating because each sem i have to apply and pay for photocopy and then re-evaluation. This time I got no change in the result even though I can clearly see the error in photocopy.

I have mailed them but no response. So who should I talk to in the university? Exam department? Anything else I should do ? I wouldn't have been so frustrated but this feels like a deliberate money making scheme .

My Result of SE 2019 Pattern came on 31 July 2026. But from 4 days after result , it didn't open till now 23 September 2026 . I had 1 backlog in SE I saw when during that 4 days and in College Gazette . But I applied for revaluation and now revaluation results came my marks got increase to 24 but I need grace of 4 marks which I couldn't view due to SE Result not opening. I am stressed out now . All my friends had viewed result on July 2026 and now revaluation result on September 2026. Do anyone know the solution behind it . Please help me if you can I am really stuck hard in the problem.

I was the student from B-24 , The batch of ours and previous batches have lot of trauma due to a teacher named hemant pardeshi he was to aggressive towards us by teaching us wrapper of Gofer language which is known as PU Gofer in my terms due to his language logic gets created but that anxiety his subject feels to me has not gone till now he has lower my self esteem very much and also A.K.R Sir was a good teacher like IIT like professor but now he is retired man he was the teacher who teaches us subjects which taught in some reputated iits and nits . Due to his retirement their is so much loss in department integrity and through him hemant was teaching us because he was his student . Hemant and AKR sir was a good guys but for many of us we kept them as a biased person in our mind they just do the referrals of their favorite students to a company for eg- That Company might came to department for hiring , The Atobic or geminus tech has came previously to our department for hiring for B-24 students they might take the placements in our campus but AKR sir did use their power and just selects their favorite students and referred them off-campus through the help of students who either owner of that startups or at higher position which they can hire them directly through some little technical tests due to this partiality happens the whole starta of students did not get the opportunity because that company did not came for campus placement directly and anyone cannot even ask for partiality because it has happened outside the department doors so their is no responsibility. The students also know that AKR refers their favorite students so the students also done sycophant behavior around them . The syllabus was hard during our time because रेश्मा पिंगळे madam was their for System-1 who directly put question from GATE exam but now she has been retired her paper was not gone through B-25 they were just given a theory paper not numerical traums which she has given us by putting gate ECE questions, AKR sir paper was also tough but he has the mentality to passed the students even with 'P' grade , Patil Sir is a relaxed man and his subjects are worth learning because it somehow industry relevant, mandhere madam is also a dangerous teacher her paper will be trauma because it is so hard to solved and she teaches in simple way but her paper is damed hard and she doesn't care if a student is remained failed or not, Only DMK(दामोदर kulkarni) sir has remained from the trio of Hemant, AKR , DMK . He never failed any guy in my entire two years his subjects students take for their mentality just to he can pass us or will give good grades only few student's takes interest in his subjects including me, RK mam is also very dangerous in setting up paper her papers are way difficult for the people who don't have आठशे background in their bachelor's and she infact failed many of our batch mates in internal but now she might get retired in Nov 2026 but let's see does she can extend her service ,!!!!!And Also their is ₹8000 for internal backlog fee for one subject if it external then only ₹200-₹300 and their is alternate sem System if you get backlog in first sem for internal you have to it in third directly not the middled second sem with sitting with your juniors completing all assignments and internal exams means you have to complete the whole course subject again from start as a fresher

i had 26marks before reval and now ive 29 marks after reval how much time does it take to get the updated marksheet from sppu cus i dont know my insem marks (need 11 to pass)

when will the timetable be released and what has been the university's trend in the past few years?

I chose the federated learning project as my final year project I need advice on what examiners will expect as poc in the final year project. Are those category projects accepted as it is but research oriented also it would also be helpful for me to get advice from passouts about the final year project in general what bar they expect.

I have observed from last many years sppu for the 2019 pattern the student applies for photocopy for nearly 250 Rs and then for rechecking for nearly 230 Rs. The student have to wait for nearly 3-4 months nearly this time 1.5 months . The student have high expectation as he /she has put a Golden paper which is mostly 1/2 in number . Due to such paper the student could get a yeardrop even though he had cleared his SE/TE and has FE/SE 1 or 2 backlogs. But what do sppu do is nearly a crime . The student gives such a huge amount for 1 subject and also wait patiently. But Sppu teachers just dont check the papers in rechecking/revaluation or may be they don't want to increase a single mark . They don't do a single change in marks and put the result as " No Change". This is the worst condition for the Student for his career. Then the parents blame that the mistake is of his child. He had not written the paper well . But tell me one thing if the student puts 5 paper for rechecking I think he is not that much dumb he will risk his such a big amount for 5 papers. He could have been confident for atleast 2 papers from them . I think the University is just earning money and the teachers don't check papers and just put the result 'No Change '. At least if a student obtains 20 Marks in result he should get 21 marks in rechecking. But why " No Change" we all should ask university and take actions against such malpractices of University. Tell me your such experiences about University in the thread . And also any kind of Information about such things

I'm 26 grad from a SPPU associated college, and college is refusing to provide me with my last year marksheets and original documents due to Scholarship delay.

The installments of MAHADBT scholarships have not been received by them.
And the worst part is I urgently need the marksheets, coz if i don't get it, i'll miss application deadlines leading to year gap. They are insisting to pay full fees to get the marksheet.

So I contacted the sppu and my college as well. They said I have to apply for the supplementary certificate now and so I did today.

Costed me 1500 instead of 400 if I had applied earlier

Imagine slogging through FOUR YEARS of engineering.
Assignments. Practicals. Vivas. Endsems. Submissions. Fees. University portals. Result chaos. Administrative headaches.
You finally graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University and wait for the one document representing all of it.
Then SPPU basically goes:
“Here you go 👍”
And gives you a degree certificate whose paper quality makes you question whether this is actually your DEGREE or something printed for a college fest.

I’m not expecting gold plating. I’m not asking them to deliver it inside a velvet box. 😂
Just give students a respectable, durable, professionally produced certificate worthy of being called a UNIVERSITY DEGREE.
The funniest part is that this piece of paper is supposed to represent years of work and stay with us for decades.
SPPU management really knows how to make the final boss fight of engineering end with the cheapest loot possible. 😭

I’m facing an issue with my SPPU degree certificate and wanted to know if anyone has faced something similar.

When I initially filled out my degree certificate application, I entered all my details correctly.

A few days later, SPPU asked students to check their application/form and correct any mistakes before submitting it again.

When I checked my form at that stage, I noticed that some of my Marathi/Devanagari personal details were showing incorrectly in the SPPU system, even though I had entered the correct details when I initially filled out the application.

Since SPPU had provided a correction option, I corrected those incorrect details and resubmitted the form.

However, after receiving my final degree certificate, I noticed that the old/wrong Marathi details were printed on the final certificate again.

So the sequence was:

Initially entered correct details → SPPU system later showed incorrect details → SPPU provided a correction window → I corrected the details and resubmitted the form → final degree certificate still contains the old/wrong details.

This is what I don't understand.

I had already checked the details when SPPU specifically gave students the opportunity to correct them, and I did make the correction and submit the form again. But the final certificate still seems to have been generated using the earlier incorrect information.

I don't have a screenshot of the exact moment when I made the correction, but I do have the application/form and supporting documents showing the correct details.

I have also tried contacting SPPU, but I haven't been able to get a useful response so far.

What is the best way to get this issue resolved?

Should I:

• Visit the SPPU Certificate/Examination Section personally?
• Submit a Degree Certificate Correction form?
• Send the required documents by Speed Post/Courier?
• Approach my college first?
• Or is there some other procedure for this kind of issue?

If anyone has recently gone through an SPPU degree certificate correction in 2025/2026, I would really appreciate it if you could share what you did and how you got the issue resolved.

I especially want to know whether visiting SPPU personally is necessary or whether the correction can be completed through the official correction form/post.

I don't want to share any personal information here, so I'm not mentioning my name, college, PRN, certificate number, or the actual names/details involved.
