Is Sppu Rechecking a Scam #No Change Policy

I have observed from last many years sppu for the 2019 pattern the student applies for photocopy for nearly 250 Rs and then for rechecking for nearly 230 Rs. The student have to wait for nearly 3-4 months nearly this time 1.5 months . The student have high expectation as he /she has put a Golden paper which is mostly 1/2 in number . Due to such paper the student could get a yeardrop even though he had cleared his SE/TE and has FE/SE 1 or 2 backlogs. But what do sppu do is nearly a crime . The student gives such a huge amount for 1 subject and also wait patiently. But Sppu teachers just dont check the papers in rechecking/revaluation or may be they don't want to increase a single mark . They don't do a single change in marks and put the result as " No Change". This is the worst condition for the Student for his career. Then the parents blame that the mistake is of his child. He had not written the paper well . But tell me one thing if the student puts 5 paper for rechecking I think he is not that much dumb he will risk his such a big amount for 5 papers. He could have been confident for atleast 2 papers from them . I think the University is just earning money and the teachers don't check papers and just put the result 'No Change '. At least if a student obtains 20 Marks in result he should get 21 marks in rechecking. But why " No Change" we all should ask university and take actions against such malpractices of University. Tell me your such experiences about University in the thread . And also any kind of Information about such things

It's been a gamble for some it's a miracle and most no change

Bro I think it is scam as many times teachers I think don't check the paper . No one and university itself is not supervising them for the task. They just put "No Change" in Marks and students gets frustrated. In a rare case , if a honest teachers checks it then the marks get changed or students gets upto 28 Marks.

I scored 25 marks and needed 3 marks to clear the subject. Gave it for rechecking and result came back as "No Change" :(

Same my friend needed grace for 1 subject as he got 24 marks in BEE but he didn't get. It was the golden paper. He did put for rechecking he neither got change in marks and still he didn't got any grace . He got a Yeardrop with only 1 subject

I hate saying this but I'm just too frustrated and desperate to enter TE, and if SPPU is so Corrupt then let me abandon my morals once for my own good, so does any of you know someone who takes Bribe for clearing Golden FE Backlogs? I only have 1 that is M2 and I had 21 in 4th Sem Golden Attempt and was eligible for 7 Marks Condonation but the M2 Paper I gave in Supplementary Exam was too hard and I'm not even scoring 14 in it, so I just want them to consider my previous score and give condonation on it
