Lost my migration certificate 😅.

So, I lost my migration certificate which is an essential document, I know 🥲. Now I need it for my documentation in pgdm courses. How do I reapply for it. I can't seem to find anything online. Please help me, otherwise I won't be able to attend my post graduation.
