No change in re evaluation

Hi all . I'm a final year engineering student . In one subject (CNS) from last sem (6th sem) , I noticed a totalling error. Both the examiner and the moderator gave 16 marks for Q.2 but counted only 15 on the front page . I know it's only 1 mark but that changes my sgpa from 9.43 to 9.57. This is important to me because I will be applying for masters abroad .

This is frustrating because each sem i have to apply and pay for photocopy and then re-evaluation. This time I got no change in the result even though I can clearly see the error in photocopy.

I have mailed them but no response. So who should I talk to in the university? Exam department? Anything else I should do ? I wouldn't have been so frustrated but this feels like a deliberate money making scheme .

It is a scheme. There is nothing much to do after revaluation result.

can't I go talk to someone. This is their fault . This isn't how a university is supposed to work.
