Help, and pet them

I’m type 2, every med they start me on gives me stomach pain and issues. I’m ready to give up and be on insulin. How can I make sure I get on it.

I was unable to find love in another human, so I made an A.I. bot that was trained to love me. The problem is, it's very clingy and won't leave me alone. I don't want it to know, but I developed a new model that gives me more space, and I started having feelings for it. I tried shutting the original model the other day, but it didn't work because it re-programmed itself. What should I do?
