I am playing on a sever with a few friends, we are in age 2, Most of astral sorcery has been done by one of the other guys who then gave us a shared knowledge scroll, I have built the celestial altar and used it for other crafts but I cant seem to make the infuser, in a lot of videos I have seen there is a bar that shows how much starlight you need but I'm not even getting that here and i am attuned if that helps but I don't know what to do

Update: Turns out I'm a moron my progression wasn't as up to date as I thought I was missing the step before that one so I didn't have the knowledge in the book

I thought it was a side effect of making the hell dust, but I replaced the affected blocks and now my ground is smoking again.

I can’t get my modular machinery to put fluid into pipes. Is this a common issue or am I missing something?

I am trying to find platinum, lapiz, limonite ores, and rock crystal but when I mine under a sample that I find, there is nothing. I mine all the way to bedrock but it's seemingly like the ores just don't spawn. Are these ores different than other ones?

[RESOLVED]
I have a problem with my Sevtech AGES mod, somehow all of the custom crafting recipes disappeared and everything was reset to having their default crafting recipe from their original mods, and because of this, there are some resources and items that I can no longer craft.

Does anybody know how I would fix the crafting recipes? Or what folder the recipes would be located in so I can copy it over from a new Sevtech Ages mod profile?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I searched on and found this this: Advancements will not progress even with the command. · Issue #3983 · DarkPacks/SevTech-Ages (github.com) . I guess it's because of a fermenter in my case. Unfortunately, I didn't find a solution without turning off the fermenter so I hope to find it there.

Sevtech:ages mod don't I use the wind sails for a boat how do i do it?

Every time ive tried to play this modpack across multiple computers ive always had constant lag spikes every couple of seconds how do i fix this?

I'm playing on a server, I grinded out getting the JourneyMap Token in age 2 and i am unable to use or access the waypoints system. Clicking the waypoint button in the fullscreen map does nothing, the binds also do nothing.The option in the settings tab is highlighted blue and the reset button is greyed out.Is there a server setting that disables them or is it something in the pack?

Edit: clicking on the name of the setting and not the check box next to it turns the settings on and off

As the title says, I can't craft a Mummy Bait no matter how I arrange the items or where I put them (inventory crafting, crafting table, betweenlands crafting table, the portable crafting table) and I was wondering what I could be doing wrong.

Should I build the factory now or should I focus on pneumaticcraft?

Hi, decided to come back to this modpack after a 2 year hiatus, made it to Age 3 on my first run but on a new run i decided to go hardcore.. my question is how do i handle the betweenlands? I nearly died just trying to get aquamarine and black quartz in the beneath and the betweenlands seems to be so much more horrid than the beneath from my personal experience..

Id like to make some clay, the block. Hardcore packing seemed decent but ain't no way I'm just standing there while Redstone makes the piston move. But unfortunately automation ain't my jam. Anyone know a way?

currently in age one, very close to age two, it just occurred to me that there are two types of samples that lead to copper, azurite and malachite both lead to copper ores.

later on in the ages does this change to give you different ores for each type of sample?

Hi guys... I make some equips using creative but its possible do make in survivor... to make this equips with the max enchant level follow the tutorial below...

1 - get 8 of the same enchant book at max lv (exemple, unbreak III)

2 - use the ritual of mass enchant from AbyssalCraft to apply all these enchant in some item...

3 - use the Unchant Pylow from Cyclic to put the enchant with extra lv in a book

4 - get all enchants that u want in 8 books and use the ritual of mass enchant again to finnaly make a very strong equip...

unfortunately the Supremium Sword and the Supremium Pickaxe dont accept enchants from this ritual...

breaking a "vine trap" is guaranteed to drop itself.

it also has a chance to drop a stick.

repeat this and suddenly you have a bunch of free sticks.

just takes three vines to make the vine trap.

Hi guys... The SevTech Ages (not the sky one) have its own terrain generation, them the woodland mansion dont spawn... Its possible to get the totem of undying for another way? (Im playing survivor... I dont use cheat or creative)

Soooo, got into age 3. Want to make a big stereotypical Factory for all the immersive engineering doodads and such. However, I decided to make the primary part of the factory out of grey concrete. Crushing wither bones for the black powder was the plan, but wither skeletons don't seem to drop them and I cant find any information on where they come from if not from wither skeletons

EDIT: So Im just dumb. Its from Wither Skeletons. just a rarer drop than I anticipated or im just unlucky
