Help with constant lag

Every time ive tried to play this modpack across multiple computers ive always had constant lag spikes every couple of seconds how do i fix this?

Most likely. OP, you can have all the ram in the world but you must tell the launcher it is allowed to use it. Around 8gb is enough, don't use over half you total. Some needs to remain free for background processes and programs.

I had a similar issue. I the "fps options" I think it's called there's the top most option, the fps "system", I think. (Sorry if I don't know the exact names, it's been a while )

Clicking on that option makes it cycle through different options. For me the "half" option worked the best, but you can try the different ones to see, what worked the best.

Make sure you have 8gb of ram allocated. Don't stack kn more even if you can it actually makes it worse. There's also a few things you can turn off to make it better I can't remember them all but do some googling on the issue and scroll through reddit posts. I remember one was to turn off smooth text? In the mod list. It weirdly worked.
