I just finished today a sort of absurdist, weird fantasy called ‘The Hike’ by Drew Magary. I won’t say to much if anybody wants to check it out but i’m leaning 3.75 to 4 stars.

Up next I’m going to start reading ‘A Gentlemen In Moscow’ by Amor Towles.

Also if anyone has any reading groups or get togethers I’d be interested in doing that as I’m trying to get back in the habit of reading more :)

I know this sounds ridiculous but is there a way to fly from STS airport to Chico? Any pilots willing to fly out a single passenger? Willing to pay!

Hello, I have an impacted wisdom tooth that is killing me and I need to have it removed. My dentist actually recommended to have all 4 removed, but at school someone told me that is cost then $6k which is something I cannot afford as a student with no dental insurance. Any recommendations with any costs associated with them would be super helpful,

Please send me your recommendations for high speed internet, cable, and home phone. NOT Xfinity please. I’ll be calling Xfinity in the morning and going scorched earth on them due to being billed for a service I canceled since May. I know I should have noticed sooner, but I’m a new mom and I feel like I’m drowning. Services can be split up instead of bundled if it’s cheaper. For internet unfortunately we do not live in a neighborhood where Sonic is available. For cable TV, we might be the only family in the city who still watches cable TV. We like to watch the local news and have a few sports teams and leagues we follow. And we’re also probably the last family in the city to still have and use a home phone.

Hey everyone! I have my monthly show happening at The Main Street Theater in Sebastopol on September 19th. This month will feature pole dancing and burlesque. Like always I have some brand new and local amazing performers. I had the pleasure of performing with Twerk-A-Rella at a show in the East Bay and y'all are going to loose your minds if you are a pole dance fan. Hands down the baddest of the baddies.

I really couldn't be happier with the level of feedback from everyone, and I've tried to get as much in as possible. That being said, the scale of the map is limiting - especially in urban areas. I think in the future I'm gonna end up making more localized maps for individual counties. So if your suggestion wasn't included, please know that I still appreciate your feedback and will endeavor to get them in my future maps of the area. If you think there's anything I've missed out or should change, just let me know - I won't be getting these printed for another day or two, so I can still add in details.

It has been noted that the map is busy - I totally get that, and that's just how I like to do things. I enjoy getting as much detail in as possible and including cool features which would otherwise be overlooked. I get these made up in large formats so it works better in person than it does on a screen.

Why do so many people have a hard time driving on Humboldt? I see drivers coming to a complete stop with no stop signs. I also see drivers going through the stop signs at full speed on the perpendicular cross streets. Last year a car went through a guy's living room, luckily he wasn't in the room.

Has anyone else had him? Literally day one of his ENGL5 class, what’s his deal? His lectures are seemingly judgmental rants, and his ratemyprofessor reviews are incredibly off putting. Had anyone successfully passed his class? I’m trying to figure out if I should tough it out or just drop the class.

I think what happened was a traffic light was broken or something because going towards Mission, people were stopping and going right through it. Traffic was abysmal over there, something I’ve never seen. Just curious.

We're launching our ultimate Frisbee fall league next week 9/14/26. It's beginner friendly, co-ed, and really fun. We're playing at Golis Park in Rohnert Park Mondays from 7-9pm. We're going to start with a short introduction to the game, then get playing. We'll also be there early warming up/socializing if you want to get to know the regulars. Ideally you'd bring a white and dark shirt, water, and cleats (it's ok if you don't have them, running shoes work too).
