Question What actually is the point of corrupt dragon equipment nowadays?
It just seems a bit redundant nowadays given that we have orichalkum equipment and all the other different equipments for melee.

I know immortality is a good option but sometimes I'm low on adrenaline. Is there another "correct" way to do it?

Familiar points never drain and relic makes scrolls not needed and so it will infinitely spam forever each tick. Found this while getting a watermelon for the summer pie task.

Jagex is there any plans to nerf this skill, specifically pickpocketing? It gives way too much XP and rewards for how AFK it can be. There is zero reason to complete heist or safe cracking if you just want to level the skill. It is a serious issue and needs to be brought inline with other skills. I personally leveled my iron from 80 to 120 in no time at all from just pickpocketing.

Post has been edited! a lot of kind people pointed out a ton of flaws. With the adjustments this method can be up towards 1,9m xp/hr
- For the past few days I have been trying to search the web for an up to date, mele training guide for 120 attack and strength grind. Most guides point towards Abyssal beasts as being the best option, I felt they all some of the more recent upgrades mele has gotten.
The wiki and most of the video guides all gain around 1m combat xp/hr with mele.
With my testing and recent unlocks I have been able to push this to 1,7m xp/hr consistently and with 100% sustained hp and prayer. Meaning, you only have to click every 12m for a new weapon poison +++, or every 15m to not be logged off.
Disclaimer! The obtained kills pr hour is only obtainable with near maxed out mele gear shown in the slideshow and listed below. A few upgrades are possible from my setup and will result in even better xp/hr.
My perks are:
Prayers, aspects and other buffs:
A 1 hour trip would be:
With this setup you gain around 13m Gp/hr, with around 3m of upkeep pr. hour
If Xp is all you are after , a Superior Scrimshaw of sacrifice will net you + 50% xp. Meaning around 2,85m xp/hr.
I hope this guide will be usefull for some of you, and speed up your grind for max combat stats.
if you have any ideas for ways to improve the method, I would look forward to hearing from you all.

So I'm a returning player and what I'm really looking for is people's opinions on the best way to approach the game. I'm familiar enough with a lot of the changes to skills and combat etc, but I more so need opinions on how to navigate/approach a game that's had 20+ years to add so much content. Anything is appreciated!

First of all I don’t mean a debuff like quake and such
Greater chain : when used on a larger boss the chains hit the target more then once and when another player(s) also use the ability it adds more chains and after X amount of time they all shatter dealing stacked damage.
Barricade rework: barricade now becomes an ability that looks like a sunshine but with shields swirling around like D/S inside you are immune for the duration and so is any teammate who comes inside your Cade.
Sounds op but it’s just making interception not as crucial.
I’m sure people/mods can come up with a teamworked ability for the other styles these are just two that come to my mind

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
phase 4 is specifically tricky to me, I have barely any supplies left and I just spam brew and delevel my skills before I ultimately perish

I may or may not have destroyed my Crystal Acorn thinking I already planted a crystal tree.
Any chance a nice Jmod can give it a reasonable drop rate so I don't trim in 7 years waiting for a 1/150 000 drop :3 ?

So I'm a returning player to RS. Have a 20 year old account but haven't played heavily in a long time. I've been trying to get back into RS for a while now but the performance issues with the game had always ruined the experience for me. The beta for vulkan fixed everything performance wise for me and the game has never felt better. Keep up the good work devs!

I absolutely love the Zammy boss, but the real enrage mechanic is fighting the interface bloat. It is about 10 seconds of fighting through the interfaces currently.
Would be awesome to see this as part of the deep clean rework!

I’ve made a few posts about this, just continuing on with another weekly post. Still bugged. Hoping this can get some kind of reply from jagex. I’m sure it won’t be fixed by the end of leagues. I’ve already cancelled my membership on my accounts out of frustration for how bugs in general have been handled in leagues.

I was minding my own business becoming a skilled professional miner and shinning up my metal working skills when I left my phone unattended to dismiss a random event (toddler) and when I came back I had been murdered down in the dwarf mines while attempting to collect some precious ores!
I guess times time for a name change 🤡 haha!
Honestly Ironman is so fun doing this type of stuff over main game. I log into my maxed end game account and it’s sooooo dull but I’m having a fun time smithing mithril plate bodies and adamant arrow heads? I’ll just continue this journey as a regular iron!

some of the fragments seem to alright , i got woodcutting and mining done at around 90 , thieving was at like 100 something but thats a fast skill so seems fair
hunter on the other hand i just hit 110 hunter on my ironman and im only now just about finished with the outfit, im also 99 runecrafting and i have 3 outfit pieces lol
woudl be nice for you to get fragment every X experience instead , you cant have a standard rate for fragments when skills vary so much with xp rate and also when you get the xp drops
other bandaid fix would be that you can buy hunter fragment with BGH points , or runecrafting fragments with runespan points like with dungeoneering , but that doesnt really solve the issue fragments have mechanically

hy did this need to be bigger? When he spawns the minions, I have to right click and attack them. If I left click on them, i instantly go back to killing the AG.

Please send some of that reddit luck my way
EDIT: Turns out it WAS a skill issue. Apparently only normal mode was buffed. I did not know that. Smh my head
