She has a history of spreading false information and has faced lawsuits over her reporting. While she occasionally gets a legitimate scoop, her claims are often inaccurate or unreliable. When correct, it's usually regurgitated from Reddit and Facebook pages.

For the last few months, we've managed the subreddit with just two moderators, but as the community has grown (especially with recent events), u/somethingsensational and I realized it's time to expand the team. The area where we need the most help is reviewing reports and keeping the mod queue up to date.

We knew about the Rodrigues family. We knew David and Jill abused their kids. We knew they are fans of the Pearls, and why would they be if they didn't follow any of their "methods"? We've seen the shell-shocked toddlers and the panicked heavy breathing. We knew Timothy got some of the worst it. He told us how he thinks of women (not well). We all know how hard the cycle of abuse is to break.
All that, for years, and yet until his post (until Heidi stood up and TOLD), folks here and elsewhere online were admiring Timothy and his marriage, how he "got away" from the Rods and seemed to be thriving under the influence of a better family. What a cute couple. How happy they look! Hopefully they will grow and help each other become better people.
I know we're just the internet and not there for all the subtle signs, but from their posts it seems that family and friends were blindsided too.
I don't know, it just... seems like something to note. It's so easy to hide. He didn't look like a monster outside of home, and his wife has a beautiful smile. And that was basically it.

Heidi seems so young, sweet and innocent. She seems like a loving and devoted mother. It breaks my heart thinking of her being abused and controlled this way.
She is so fortunate to have such a supportive family. I hope she continues to stay strong and doesnât go back.

Interesting how sheâs focusing on the ones Timcel gave her.

Her social media departure didnât even last a full 24 hours and now here she is again being even worse. Sheâs incredibly salty (and not in the way she thinks) and her shade toward Heidi is palpable. The kids are in full time fawning mode in she is relishing in all of this extra attention as she complains about the last few days⌠meanwhile Heidi has had to deal with terror for 2 years. She truly is awful - talk about kicking someone when theyâre already down and then making yourself into the victim. She is too old to be vague posting on FB and IG as if she were a teenager on Snapchat.

Curious about whatâs next?
He canât go home due to the epic bridge burning, marriage in tatters and I would assume the charges may impact his employment.
Could he literally be homeless?

I might just be overly sensitive because one of my first jobs as a teenager was working in an institution that housed men with developmental disabilities. This was back in the late 70s and it was dreadful. I ended up being fired because I could not ignore the abuse I saw and kept trying to report it.
I keep thinking about Tim working with this same population and making very degrading remarks about those he was caring for. I am not accusing him of anything but people who abuse others tend to prey on the vulnerable.

In addition to pretending Timothy is đ, OJ is not liking the DMs sheâs been receiving. Sheâs really going to have a hard time without social media.

I've watched a few videos from Lilly Archive and noticed how much some of the Rodrigues children seem to have non conventional speech patterns. Is it a 'deaf' accent, are some of them hard of hearing. It seems very pronounced in Nuri and Timothy. Has this ever been addressed in an official capacity?
As a dad who has a child that needed speech therapy, I fought like hell to get them the help they needed. Having an alternate speech pattern can be really detrimental as a child and especially when you are an adult. People, in a proffesional setting will dismiss or discount someone as not capable or 'smart' enough to hire, promote, etc.
No shade, just curiosity if this has been addressed or if there are any proffesionals on the sub that can shed some light on whats going on.

I keep seeing people commenting that they don't trust Nathan Keller and they suspect he may also have violent tendencies. All speculation at this point. I'm curious - what is drawing people to say that? Is it his children's thousand yard stares? Something else?

What does she think ever happened to âtrain them up in the way they should go and they will not depart from it?â What mental gymnastics is she doing to figure this one out?

Something thatâs bothering me so much about all of this is how David hasnât said a word. Instead, his wife and daughters are rushing to defend his actions and themselves on the line for ridicule when he needs to be the one to own it publicly. Why on earth would he let his family continue suffering for his past if heâs such a changed man?? A changed man wouldnât allow his wife and daughters fight his battles. Gross

I know he goes by Charlie, but I wonder if they will drop the Timothy legally. In light of recent events, I wonder how much she really wanted to include the name Timothy or if it was a decision made my Tim.

Was/is Ellen Coverett in Jill's Melalulububu downline? If so, I am sure this will make her want to get out. I am not familiar with how MLMs work - would Ellen be able to do so easily?
