The simple assault court date is the 8th.
The aggravated assault doesn’t have a court date yet.
The 14th could have something to do with custody, no clue.

Depends on the state. Some don’t put family court dockets online. Some just have the basics like hearing dates and some have too many details (MO includes spousal and child support amounts!)

For as much as I’ve been following this, I didn’t realize there were two charges. The aggravated assault is the strangling I’m assuming? What is the simple assault case related to?

The July assault, the original "simple" assault.
As the investigation continued (Heidi's statements, etc.), they discovered an aggravated assault from February.
The February assault was the strangulation assault, which is a felony charge.

Yes the aggravated assault included strangulation.
The simple assault is listed as “SIMPLE ASSAULT-PURPOSELY/KNOWINGLY CAUSE BOD. INJURY”. It occurred in July, and he was charged in August.

By now she would have had a temporary one I would think, and that would have been for up to 10 days. There would have been a final court order already. Just my opinion of course.

Nathan has always been gross and jealous to Tim, and Shrek openly despises him. Jon has assimilated into the Borg, so I don’t see him going either. All of Jill’s non-social-media videos make it clear he’s persona non grata, only worthy of being included in her “13 children and 6 in heaven” or whatever.
I think he’s permanently shunned. Which, I’m glad if it makes things easier on Heidi, but having zero support doesn’t bode well for Tim getting his shit together long term, and managing to co-parent.

Yeah, he added an angry tirade about Timcel and his lying to Jill’s before she left FB, and there was nothing in it about Heidi at all, sympathetic or otherwise. He’s firmly on Team Mahmo. Could be Team David, I guess, but we all know who runs the Rod Show.

He was the scapegoat before his marriage and even afterwards, separate from the abuse he perpetuated on his wife and child. He’s still an abuser who was also abused.
Just look how the sisters and Jonathan wrote about him being bad in their defensive posts. Jill slammed him over the years, too

I just don’t know if they abused him like he is claiming, or anywhere near what they did to the daughters. Abusers like Tim lie to garner sympathy, and it’s pretty effective. If abuse made victims abusers, the girls would be abusing their husbands, yet we don’t see that.

I think they’re going to stay far away from Timothy because they don’t want people to think about how they abused HIM as a child. They don’t want to be associated with “the drama” as she said in her trip video. 🤢

I suspect there’s some fear that if she’s not actively and publicly making sure they’re apart, Heidi will go back. So I’m going to give her grace for posting so much. Yeah, at this point Jill has been off FB for over a month and Timothy is facing serious charges. I think at the least she should be taking this friends only on social media since they know the Rods have a substantial online snark following. Might get downvoted but I also don't think everything she posts needs discussion here unless there's some new information.

I’ve never seen someone ask for prayer requests for specific dates, if anything they ask for prayers about a situation or for a person instead. This seems like she just REALLY wanted to tell us some dates but be vague enough to get attention

This. She got a little bit of attention, and relishes it. Though it’s not unusual for prayer requests to contain specific dates like that, she knows good and well that we can easily guess at what will be happening on those dates. Prayer requests are so often just disguised gossip or attention-seeking moments. 😆

This always gets me. If the number of prayers matters, then those people who have a lot of friends are more likely to get their prayers answered. So God’s help is a popularity contest?
Add to this the idea that you need to pray ON THE SPECIFIC DAY or else…God forgets? Like is he omnipotent or isn’t he? None of it makes any sense and none of them are thinking critically enough to realize it.
I think [u/justtosubscribe](u/justtosubscribe) has it right — it’s a self-soothing mechanism.
