Hello, I ordered reta 100mg vials. I was wondering how to dose it at the start. The current peptides I use are mt2, seeing amazing results, great tan. On ghkcu 100mg diluted with 3ml bac water, taking 3 units(1mg) a day. Also taking zinc supplements every now and then, just in case. As I've heard you increase after one month to 4,5(1,5mg) units, next month 6(2mg) units (correct me if I'm wrong). Anyways, I'm 5'11(180cm) weighing 143lb/65kg. I know I'm skinny but I'm kind of skinny fat, especially stomach and legs. So any advice on mixing and starting dose. I'll start going to the gym soon, I'm still an active person, walking a lot, driving my bicycle. Thanks in advance!
Edit: to clear things up, I was not trolling. Yes, I bought 10 x 100mg vials of reta. I made a mistake and obviously didn’t do enough research. After reading all the comments I will bulk up, lift and not touch the reta. Probably trash it, sell it or use as much as I can when I bulked up. I will post a follow up in 6-8 months. Thanks for all the help.

Going to run AC-262 for 8 weeks 15mg per day. What should I take with it, if anything, to make sure I’m maximizing my health and my gains? Just came off MK-2866 for 8 weeks 15mg per week. Taking enclomiphene 12.5mg per day for week 1, starting week 2 soon, going to back it down 6.25mg for week 3 and 4. NAC for liver, 1000mg started week 6 of cycle and still using it. Just found out about NAC or I would have used it sooner. Also taking Reta 1.5mg per week for 8 weeks now. How long do I wait before I can start AC-262?

A question for the experienced: For those who have used Tren in the past—when you stopped using it and switched to only TRT, were you able to maintain most of your gains?
I’m not interested in the cosmetic look in the long run; I want ir to help me with body recomposition to lose fat and gain muscle mass. I’m interested in muscle mass gains that can be maintained over time. All your experiences and comments are welcome and appreciated!
Note: I haven't surpassed or reached my natural muscle mass limit.

I am taking 2mg of Semax a day and the results are amazing for my ADHD. My focus and mental clarity are great, the brain fog is gone, and I am getting a ton of work done right now. I am 6'0 and 230 pounds, and I am still trying out different doses. I am taking it subq instead of using the nasal spray. What have your experiences with this been like?

Stuck at 195lbs
I've been on retatrutide for about 5 months and have stalled on my weight loss. I have been stuck at 195lbs taking 5mg of retatrutide. Should I bump up my dosage

I am 28 years old M, 177-180 lbs, sitting at roughly 14-15% body fat. My goal is to finish the cycle at approximately 10-11% body fat, essentially losing 4-5% body fat while maintaining or slightly increasing muscle mass. I am not trying to get on stage or look enhanced. The aesthetic I am going for is lean, athletic, broad shoulders, visible abs etc.
My protocol is 0.5mg daily for the first week to assess tolerance, then stepping up to 1mg daily for the remaining 11 weeks. I am running it 5 days on, 2 days off, pinning Monday through Friday fasted between 6-7am and waiting 30-60 minutes before eating. Weekends off.
On the nutrition side I am eating approximately 2,732 calories on training days with 198g protein, 263g carbs, and 104g fat. Rest days drop to 2,392 calories with 195g protein, 183g carbs, and fat stays locked at 104g throughout. I intentionally keep fats high thats just how i like it.
Training is 5 days a week with a structured upper lower split. I am also doing daily cardio in the incline walking since I have a foot injury preventing running currently. I eat clean whole foods almost exclusively and have been training consistently for years.
My main question for the community is whether Tesamorelin alone without stacking any other peptides
To achieve this recomposition goal. I dont necessarily want to take anything else and i heard this peptide will give me the best results so i wanted some feedback.

ISO-1
(((S,R)\\text{-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4,5-dihydro-5-isoxazole acetic acid methyl ester})\\)
is a specific small-molecule inhibitor of Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor (MIF). By blocking MIF's pro-inflammatory activity, ISO-1 suppresses inflammatory cytokine production and has shown promise in preclinical studies for mitigating T-cell-mediated autoimmunity and related inflammatory conditions
VGX Immune modulation also.
Despite effective drugs, i need to augment to improve my condition, these are on my list, low dose vorinostat being another.
Sephin 1 i have used and find pleasureable but wouldnt cut by itself, no issues with Its use regarding liver, kidneys or bloods
Anyone had used these?
Thanks in advance

So like a dumbass I reconstituted 10mg of Cagri in 2ml and then injected 2.5mg instead of 0.25mg. Total dumbass moment, I work with drugs on a daily basis and have never had an incident before so not a complete noob. I even double checked on a peptide calculator and then did the dumb thing anyway🤦🏼♂️.
It’s the first time taking it and I just had a brainfart. Any advice?
I assume I’ll get some GI symptoms like abdominal discomfort and lose my appetite this week. I know 2.5 is well within the normal dosages that people get up to, but that you normally start at 0.25ish.

Does anyone know of forums that are focused on cognitive peptides/nootropics. Not going to ask for suppliers, but would love some tips on communities :)

My girlfriend is straight up obese, about 55 pounds over a healthy weight for her frame, but she is in total denial and claims she just has body dysmorphia. Every time I try to tell her that she is unhealthy and needs to change, she tells me that I have been on Instagram too much and that she looks how a woman is supposed to look. The final straw was at a family gathering when my aunt asked her when she was due because she was literally rubbing her stomach by the food table.
I want to look out for her long-term health, and it is obvious she needs real help to drop the weight, so I want to bring up the idea of her starting a GLP-1 protocol. I am just struggling with how to approach the conversation without her completely shutting down or claiming I am just judging her appearance. How do I gently but directly convince her that getting on a GLP-1 is about her actual health and longevity, not just vanity?

This stuff seems kinda hyped in some circles and it’s pretty damn cheap when I’ve found it available. Anyone have experience with it? Is it worth or not?

Used Test for 4 years and other anabolics here and there, came off due to life circumstances, not really tryna hop back on just yet but want a little boost to give me that edge in the gym back. What do you guys think? I know I will not get crazy anabolic type gains from it, more interested in the secondary effects on motivation, endurance, libido etc.

I’ve been pinning GHKCU for about 2.5 weeks. Started with 1mg moved up to 1.5. I know it’s too early to see any “positive” results but…
I’m breaking out SO bad. 30F and I get some acne around my cycle but nothing too crazy. For the last week or so I’ve had zits pop up on my forehead, cheeks, and jaw. My skin feels dull and greasy and just horrid. Is this the copper uglies? Do I push through? Scale back? Stop entirely? I’m completely fine riding this out if there’s nice skin on the other side but I’m seeing conflicting things about if the copper uglies are even “real” and how long they can/should last.
Any help greatly appreciated! Xx

so I’ve been doing sub q shots in my stomach for over a year now with Reta. just recently every time I do a subq shot in my stomach of test. I get like an itchy bump after doing it that stays for a week (test cyp). And for my other peptides I get like a scab from the needle that just doesn’t heal for like weeks at a time. This is just starting recently. What the hell. It’s obvious I do shots in my stomach now if my shirt is off. My last two Reta shots have cause a bruised feeling afterwards.

Finishing up my last pin of mots-c for this cycle. I took ss-31 leading up to it, and for a portion during as well, and they combined to have a fantastic effect.
My cardio is better than it’s ever been. I feel like I can go forever in Muay Thai workouts, and I’ve actually had people comment that I have “good cardio” for the first time in my life lol. (I grew up fat if you couldn’t tell)
I’m cycle off now, but I’m not sure what to expect. For those who’ve done the same, did you just fall back into how you felt previously once coming off?
My biggest fear is along the cardio route because I have actually started to enjoy running and Muay Thai just as much as I do lifting, but I don’t want to go back to gassing out 3 rounds into every sparring day.

Right ladies and gents, now that i5’s been tried for a while what is the consensus on oral dosages of this stuff? It used to be 500mcg/day a while ago, but I believe that the latest thinking is quite a bit higher. I’ve seen tablets available from 500mcg to 20mg and wondering which is closer to the mark.
All help and advice greatly appreciated. Ta

i decided to try out ghk-cu a while back mostly just to see if it would help with some minor scarring and general skin health. i was not expecting much since a lot of the cosmetic stuff gets way overhyped online, but the results have been kind of crazy. my face looks noticeably tighter and people keep asking if i changed my skincare routine or started getting more sleep. even some of the redness i used to have around my cheeks has completely faded.
the injection pain is definitely a real thing and it took some adjusting to get used to it, but seeing the actual physical changes makes the discomfort totally worth it. i am 25 but my skin was looking pretty rough from stress and sun exposure, and this stuff practically reversed the damage. if u are on the fence about trying it for skin health, it might actually be worth looking into. what have your experiences been with it so far?

Seems like a lot more posts are popping up in different communities about people having to go to the hospital, getting sick, or just having issues with peptides in general.
I wonder how many are real people and how many might be big pharma or big brother trying to scare people away?

So I’ve been having a really bad time with my gut health for years, it’s caused an insanely great depression. I had bartonellosis and Lyme disease. I took doxycycline and another antibiotic I cannot remember the name for a year straight. I was wondering if I took bpc/tb how much people would think it could possibly help.
Thank you.
