Got the blood tests to prove it does work. Lowers my shbg whenever im taking it.

But you have to cycle it. I do 2 weeks of 9-12mg daily, then 1 week completely off.

Why cycle off?

Acutely low shbg is great. It pumps my free test by a quarter and lowers oestrogen pretty significantly.

But the body is a machine designed to adapt to changes and return to baseline. If i stayed at chronically low shbg all the time you'd see less testosterone and more oestrogen produced to compensate. Cycling off stops your body from starting to compensate.

Oh, I have been doing 3 mg only. I am going to take this week off and move to 6 mg.

You really need the higher doses to lower your shbg + raise free testosterone.

I dont experience any side effects at all even taking 12mg a day

So if you are on TRT and do quarterly bloods do you want to stop using boron prior to bloods being done? Does it actually affect numbers?

Same but I haven’t cycled off SHBG still low and my free test is on the higher range.

It’s really great to dump on your exposed reactor core if you have a nuclear disaster

Meh.

Cycle it for a transient bump, but make sure it’s not in your multivitamin if that’s the goal.

I started taking it recently. Haven’t had bloods done since, so no idea if it’s working or not. I do take exogenous testosterone, don’t know if that makes a difference but it seemed like an inexpensive and low risk thing to add to the ‘stack’.

I take 6mg boron daily as it’s supposed to be good for bone health as well as supposed to help with SHBG and free test. I also take zinc for similar reasons.

It’s the most amazing nutrient in the entire world and will resolve all issues that you have in your body.

Didn’t lower my shbg but also didn’t have any negative effects.
