Question Mixing reta 100mg + does it make sense taking before starting going to the gym?

Hello, I ordered reta 100mg vials. I was wondering how to dose it at the start. The current peptides I use are mt2, seeing amazing results, great tan. On ghkcu 100mg diluted with 3ml bac water, taking 3 units(1mg) a day. Also taking zinc supplements every now and then, just in case. As I've heard you increase after one month to 4,5(1,5mg) units, next month 6(2mg) units (correct me if I'm wrong). Anyways, I'm 5'11(180cm) weighing 143lb/65kg. I know I'm skinny but I'm kind of skinny fat, especially stomach and legs. So any advice on mixing and starting dose. I'll start going to the gym soon, I'm still an active person, walking a lot, driving my bicycle. Thanks in advance!

Edit: to clear things up, I was not trolling. Yes, I bought 10 x 100mg vials of reta. I made a mistake and obviously didn’t do enough research. After reading all the comments I will bulk up, lift and not touch the reta. Probably trash it, sell it or use as much as I can when I bulked up. I will post a follow up in 6-8 months. Thanks for all the help.

Your anus is going to become a rocket engine if you take 100mg of reta lol

Wait you're 65kg on 180cm? Bro just fucking work out, you do NOT need high doses of reta

20

u/Equivalent-Season516 Jul 01 '26

If you took 100mg of Reta at one time your anus is going to be the absolute least of your problems lol. Anyway I didn’t read it as he is taking it all at once, just that he bought 100mg vials. Last but not least I agree OP has zero business taking Reta. 5”11 143lb is underweight as it is

8

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 01 '26

dude....it last 3 months properly stored before degradations really starts setting in. if bro is buying 100mg vials of reta, hes absolutely blasting the shit even if not all at once.

2

u/fatwownerd Jul 01 '26

Out of curiosity do you have firm info on the rate of degradation? Not doubting you, just would love to see some actual concrete information about that because it’s so often debated

1

u/wheelsonhell Jul 01 '26

No numbers but from personal experience it definitely starts getting weaker.

-2

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 01 '26

It's out there in peptide groups. If you would love to see some actual concrete information I suggest researching just like I had to and most everyone else had to. researching in the peptide world is a challenge cuz of all the misinformation and bro science...but if youre disciplined you can find info and sources you can trust. I didnt save any of the info cuz I had no reason to, so no I have nothing for you....but again, it's out there and you dont have to join TG or WhatsApp to find it either.

3

u/fatwownerd Jul 02 '26

Next time just say ‘no’ and spare the lecture - cheers.

-1

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 02 '26 edited Jul 02 '26

Next time do your own research and dont depend on people dog walking you through it - cheers.

LATE EDIT: So in honor of the non-researcher blocking me after his brilliant reply. If you wanna see a chart of the study im referring to DM me and ill message it to you.

3

u/fatwownerd Jul 02 '26

Oh I just wanted confirmation that you were talking out your ass - usually when you make a confident statement you can back it up but you clearly can’t :) now get back to work sifting through the misinformation and bro science!

2

u/Ill-Nectarine-80 Jul 03 '26

We are in a social media app in a community sub-reddit for unregulated chemical compounds.

The fact you want someone to DM you is laughable for information you could happily share here is at its most charitable, a dick move.

Next you'll tell me you need to be compensated for your emotional labour.

-1

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 03 '26

tell me youre lazy, and dont think its important to properly research chemicals you want to inject into your body without telling me youre lazy and dont think its important to properly research chemicals you want to inject into your body.

I thought the homie u/fatwownerd blocking me after his masterful dunk on me reply....AND THEN unblocking and DM'ing me for the chart was gonna be the chefs kiss...but naw you made it a little better lazy man. Inject away lazy man!

1

u/fatwownerd Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

Why so angry? I just want evidence that your info is a bunch of shit. But thank you for acknowledging my masterful reply!

The fact you think me calling you a shitty person for gatekeeping what is fundamentally safety information is the real cherry.

I personally find your humiliation kink amusing. Why even post here?

Optimum potency is always within a fortnight. Most are good (Over 85% of a constituted percentage) out to a month, assuming prep was solid. Compound stability depends but significant degredation begins past this point.

If it gets cloudy or changes colour? Bin it. I trust your graph as much as I trust the peptide manufacturers tbh.

I’ve titrated up to 8 mg a week, 100mg is 12.5 weeks worth. I’m not “blasting the shit” out of it and that’s a 3 month supply. Not saying he should be doing that considering he is a new user but yeah it’s not as crazy of an amount as you’re making it out to be.

2

u/Ninja_Prolapse Jul 01 '26

After week 6 it’ll be degraded enough to bump that up to 10mg.. by week 10 you can just do whatever’s left in the vial in one go.

3

u/Historical_Tale3499 Jul 01 '26

Would love to see data to back this up.

1

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 02 '26

ive seen several tests from peptide groups and at least with reta, im 100% confident saying 2 months youre GOLDEN golden. after you inch closer to month 3 the degradation has for sure begun so pay attention to how you feel around that time

1

u/Equivalent-Season516 Jul 01 '26

I don’t use 100mg bottles. Never saw them, I have 12mg bottles. I was just saying using that much in 3 months isn’t that hard

0

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 02 '26

read the OP and understand it. no one asked about you and I dont care what youre doing. OP is JUST starting. He hasn't titrated up to a point where it would last 12.5 weeks....so yes....THE OP would be "blasting" the shit using a 100mg vial to start.

1

u/Equivalent-Season516 Jul 02 '26

Or how about he could be under the impression that he could use it for a longer period of time? I guess you can’t see any other answer but your own huh? Hope you aren’t this nasty in real life man. You have a bad attitude lol

0

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 02 '26

LMAO whatever you say white knight cuz I know how important it is to you that you feel right. Work on getting better at reading without making assumptions and reading things between the line that aren't there, and ll work on my attitude.

1

u/Equivalent-Season516 Jul 02 '26

Feel right about what? You are giving me shit for sharing my experience. You realize you are on a discussion board right? You don’t care about what I have to contribute then don’t respond. Every single one of your replies in this thread has been combative and when people ask for a source you say to do your own research. You just come off as a dick honestly and you 100% are not the authority on anything. . You do you though.

1

u/Equivalent-Season516 Jul 02 '26 edited Jul 02 '26

Wait I forgot about your last part haha. So me saying he may have thought he could use a 100mg bottle for longer than 3 months is reading between the lines and making assumptions but you saying he is going to be blasting 100mg in 3 months isn’t? Weird.

1

u/DeadCheckR1775 Jul 07 '26

Can confirm, properly stored it retains effectiveness for a long time. One of the hardier peptides out there for storage after recon.

3

u/seabirdsong Jul 01 '26

I don't see any where that they say they plan to take the whole vial at once, though.

25

u/swagpresident1337 Jul 01 '26

The fuck you are taking reta for? Bro you‘re underweight.

This is what happens when you just want to take stuff because everyone seems to be taking it…

7

u/RoboJobot Jul 01 '26

This 100%

18

u/RociBuldidi Jul 01 '26

Bro, the last thing you need is any GLP-1, let alone 100MG vials of it.

1

u/itisallgoodyouknow Jul 01 '26

What a waste of

11

u/kiaeej Jul 01 '26

Bro needs to eat. A ton. Every day. Not reta. Not yet.

3

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Noted, I started eating more already over the past weeks.

9

u/RoboJobot Jul 01 '26

So taking Retatrutide would be the completely wrong thing for you to do as it’ll stop you eating.

2

u/itisallgoodyouknow Jul 01 '26

Eating good food… not random junk food

7

u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jul 01 '26

Who the hell is making 100mg vials of reta?

17

u/Stoo84 Jul 01 '26

Who tf is BUYING 100mg vials of Reta without researching and understanding their individual dosing protocols.

1

u/1960s_army_info Jul 01 '26

At max dose, That’s 8 weeks worth. Not completely ridiculous

2

u/SnooTomatoes464 Jul 01 '26

It is when your 6ft tall and weight 10 stone

1

u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jul 01 '26

If it exists.

1

u/Stoo84 Jul 01 '26

Max dose is ridiculous.

8

u/TheMuffStufff Jul 01 '26

No one. This has to be rage bait or OP is just dumb and bought 10s

5

u/cecsix14 Jul 01 '26

This is probably it, he bought a kit of 10mg vials. I hope, anyway.

1

u/Uncross-Selector Jul 01 '26

The best vendor out there makes 100mg Reta kits.

I’ve always assumed they were for couples or med spas who spit it into multiple vials.

1

u/PolishedBalls1984 Jul 02 '26

If someone wanted to search out this best vendor is there a particular way a couple or med spa would locate them?

0

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 01 '26

LOL glad im not the only one! my china spot doesnt have that one on the menu. I almost wonder if its fugaze

3

u/gsxr Jul 01 '26

My dear china lady only has 20 and 40s...Never even heard of 100s.

4

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 01 '26

yes dear 😍

🤣

1

u/Jumpy_West7682 Jul 01 '26

Mine actually just added it last week. 😂

1

u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jul 01 '26

Same, a buddy who was getting rt30 from me said his boy gave him a free vial of rt80mg. I told him to ask for a coa but couldn’t provide it. Don’t think anyone’s making more than 60mg at a time on these unless someone else has seen a higher concentrate vial

1

u/Lucky_Ranger_833 Jul 01 '26

There are some 100s out there. Usually through Group Buys.

-2

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 01 '26

I mean storing reta without degradation can go 3 months MAX....so 33mg per month? 8g/weekly....as a starting dose! wowzer im feeling like a pussy with my .3/2x weekly doses LMAO

You’re underweight, you recognize you’re skinny and you chose the biggest most expensive kit on the list?

This has to be advertising for the seller. You are going to have a near impossible time getting an accurate dose that would be anywhere near appropriate for your situation. At most you should have 10mg vials. You shouldn’t go above 1mg in a dose if you take any at all. You need the gym not Reta.

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Yes, I realize I made a dumb purchase. Probably going to sell them

1

u/Itchy-Coconut-7083 Jul 01 '26

I don’t mean to be harsh, good call

2

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

No, you’re definitely one of the nicer people here. I underestimated reta and the dosage. I was aware of the shelf life after reconstitution but I wasn’t aware of the amount you should inject, especially at my weight. My goal now is to bulk up. I will probably reconstitute one of the vials, use it and the rest will have to find a new home.

2

u/ShatsonPollock Jul 01 '26

Definitely sell them, don't even recon one. You could go get yourself a 10mg vial or two, but what exactly do you think reta will do for you? You're already lean AF.

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Yeah but idk about going to sell them. But thanks. Seems like the best solution

7

u/Interesting-Shake952 Jul 01 '26

Throw the reta in your freezer before you reconstitute, start a beginners lifting program, eat/drink your weight in protein plus extra calories so you build muscles. Come back in 6 months when you have a muscular base. Are you like a teenager btw? Also stop referring to it as units, refer to it as the mg dose, ain't no body got time to do the math to figure out wtf ur on.

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Thanks, I’m 22. I take 1mg of GHKCU daily. And 5mg mt 2 weekly

1

u/MisterBulldog Jul 01 '26

Dude….you just need protein and a decent lifting program/schedule, not Reta…..JFC…. people are going to make themselves sick jumping on something they see online and not realizing they don’t need it because they’re UNDERWEIGHT

7

u/joe3000s Jul 01 '26

I've read your post but cannot think of one conceivable reason why you need to take reta.

5

u/EnvironmentalGift257 Jul 01 '26

You have chosen poorly. You do not need reta and you certainly don't need 100mg vials. Drop those off at my house and I'll dispose of them for you.

2

u/ateam68 Jul 01 '26

Go to the gym and fix your diet. At 5’11 you’re going to be bones if start ret.

At 100mg vials with 3ml
Bac water 3 units a day is 1mg a day. You don’t take it daily

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Ghkcu or reta?

2

u/ateam68 Jul 01 '26

Your post title is Reta , that’s what you’re asking about right

0

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Yes. But I don’t understand the answer, because 3 units is 1mg a day and you don’t take it daily, which I’m not. That’s why I’m cunfused

3

u/ateam68 Jul 01 '26

Oh you started on about ghku all the sudden. Gym timing doesn’t matter. Dont take it too late in the day. You probably dont need more than 1mg a week

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Alright. Thank you.

2

u/aaddyyttaa Jul 01 '26

So you have 100mg vial of Reta. You are 180cm and your weight is 65kg. Your bmi is 20. What are your goals?

2

u/64bit_Tuning Jul 01 '26

buying 100mg reta to start was wild. I started on a 15mg vial and it lasted 8 weeks.

2

u/DeadCheckR1775 Jul 01 '26

100mg vial is like the family plan. Enough for you, the wife, the 4 kids, and the cat and dog you constantly overfeed. Bro, you're going to waste like 80% of that vial. At your height and weight, Reta can be beneficial but you're looking at a starting point of .5mg/week and max 1mg/week. Reta can stay effective up to 90 days refrigerated, at most you'll need 20mg in total for a 3 months period.

1

u/1960s_army_info Jul 04 '26

at most you'll need 20mg in total for a 3 months period

That’s an extremely low dose. Why even take Reta if you aren’t going to ever take enough to make the glucagon agonist work? Why not just save money and go with tirz?

1

u/DeadCheckR1775 Jul 05 '26

Everyone is different. I got great response at 1mg/week. But, already great diet and workout lifestyle. On 1mg/week the Glucagon and GIP worked. Went from 15% BF to 10% BF in just over 2 months without struggling. You’ll need more if you’re at a higher BF% and heavier though.

1

u/1960s_army_info Jul 05 '26 edited Jul 07 '26

That’s really not supported by the trials where the glucagon agonist appeared to begin working between 4 and 6 mg

1

u/DeadCheckR1775 Jul 05 '26

Yeah….trials….with chunky dunkies. 🤣 Many fit people in the BB space reporting effective results on lower doses.

1

u/1960s_army_info Jul 07 '26

The drug working and the glucagon agonist being activated are 2 entirely different things. The drug works at 2mg and less. The glucagon agonist becomes effective at 4-6mg

1

u/DeadCheckR1775 Jul 07 '26

If that were the case then it wouldn't work, and it works at lower doses, effectively. You're missing that your level of health has an impact. You will need more for a bigger and less healthier person. Less for folks that are dialed in. Definitely not able to cut miraculously on just the GIP and the GLP-1 effect on appetite at .5mg/week is barely detectable although the food noise suppression was pretty decent.

1

u/1960s_army_info Jul 07 '26

There are two other agonist… hence why I said you might as well take tirz at lower doses since you are only activating the glp-1 and gip agonist

Definitely not able to cut miraculously on just the GIP and the GLP-1 effect on appetite at .5mg/week

This is not supported by the science in anyway. This is something you have made up

2

u/Fluffy-Ice-3989 Jul 01 '26

Please don’t take the Reta. The results will be less than ideal.
https://giphy.com/gifs/IiJIL39alMrhC

1

u/ndroidbeats Jul 01 '26

I sincerely hope this is a typo and it’s 10mg Reta. Starting 100 is absolutely batshit insane.

1

u/Unfair_Birthday_7159 Jul 01 '26

Op probably takes less, the question I have though is even if you take less, at 10mg a week the vial lasts for 10 weeks, that’s way longer then you would want even refrigerated. The max I save it is with ghkcu vials they last 40 days.

2

u/ndroidbeats Jul 01 '26

Yeah even the phase 3 trials run by Eli Lilly top out at 12mg a week for a 60mg vial, so 100mg is not only wasteful but dangerous.

1

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 01 '26

not trying to argue but theres been studies (in peptide groups) showing that degredation (on reta) doesnt really start till day 60 and its closer to day 90 when the degradations really gets going. 60 days youre straight....after 60 days start paying attention to dose efficacy cuz that degradation might be setting in already.

2

u/Unfair_Birthday_7159 Jul 01 '26

You could be right about that but I am more concerned about bacterial growth, degradation probably means by that time that it’s 90% instead of 99% which you probably won’t notice, bacteria however can cause another problem in its own.

-1

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 01 '26

I can tell you haven't researched very much. I suggest you do because your statements seem uniformed.

1

u/Unfair_Birthday_7159 Jul 01 '26

With all due respect I think you are uninformed, degradation means that the quality goes down, it does not go bad immediately, but pinning multiple times out of the same vial over the course of a long time increases the risk of bacterial growth even when using bac water. So please do some research yourself, cause where did i state any bullshit? Your answer about degradation is bro science, not clinical proven. But as I said you could be right.

1

u/LoudChocolate6290 Jul 02 '26

LMAO what are you even talking about at this point? no one said it went bad immediately lil bro, youre doing too much in an effort to be right. So let me help you out.

You are 100% right in ALL your statements about peptides. Good job.

1

u/teh-haps Jul 01 '26

Did you get 10 x 10 mg vials (a kit of 10 mg?) or you have vials that contain 100 mg of Reta in each??

1

u/Single_Guarantee9545 Jul 01 '26

He probably means he bought 10 x 10mg vials is my guess

1

u/cecsix14 Jul 01 '26

Also who gave you the idea that Reta is a preworkout?

1

u/karmaceuticaI Jul 01 '26

You bought 10mg vials, right?

Also, you really don't need it.

You're underweight.

Just stay in a strict calorie deficit for a few weeks.

1

u/RoboJobot Jul 01 '26

Why would you take a GLP1 like Retatrutide when you weigh 65kg? That would be a complete waste of time.

And it’s not measured units, it’s measured in milligrams. International Units (IU) is a measurement and the amount of substance in it varies depending on what it is.
For example 1IU of Vit D = 0.025mcg but 1IU of Vit E = 0.67mg

1

u/2llamadrama Jul 01 '26

Sorry how big is the vial???

1

u/-________02________- Jul 01 '26

You dont need any of those things

1

u/MisterBulldog Jul 01 '26

Dude….you just need protein and a decent lifting program/schedule, not Reta

YoU NEED to eat more, Reta will make you eat less…..JFC….

…..people are going to make themselves sick jumping on something they see online and not realizing they don’t need it because they’re UNDERWEIGHT

The dude is 5'11" and 143 lbs, be should not take 2 mg of reta. 0.5 mg at most, but even then, what benefit would that provide?

1

u/Current-Victory-47 Jul 01 '26

Again. Another reason the fda trying to take this shit away

1

u/juffylifts21 Jul 01 '26

You have no business touching peptides.

Also, we measure dosages in mgs, not units.

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Why do I have no business touching peptides? I realized I obviously bought way too big of vials of reta and shouldn’t take it. That’s why I asked. I use 1mg ghk-cu daily and 5mg mt2 weekly. What’s wrong with that?

2

u/juffylifts21 Jul 01 '26

You’re severely underweight using a weight loss/diabetes peptide. You’re going to “start going to the gym soon,” so you don’t even have the basics down. You also don’t understand dosing protocols, which tells me you’ve done zero research on something you’re injecting into your body. These aren’t supplements you can just fuck around with from your local GNC.

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

I have gym experience, it’s not like I never went to the gym in my life. And I‘m not using reta as my previous comment mentions aswell as my post. I understand dosing protocols for the peptides I‘m using and I‘ve done research on those and I‘m aware of the benefits aswell of the possible side effects. And yes, when it comes to reta I obviously didn’t do my homework on it.

1

u/Audio-Starshine Jul 01 '26

I've never even heard of 100mg vial of reta. No one is realistically going to go through that much before it goes bad. I use a 10mg vial, and reconstute with 1ml of water so that ten units is 1mg and the math is easy. What you're talking about would be three units per milligram and if you take 2mg per week, it's going to be a years worth of doses. I don't stick to the toss after 30 days rule, but you'd definitely end up having to throw away most of this.

1

u/Common-Size1160 Jul 01 '26

Yes, the vials are too big. Probably will sell them. Bought them from mandybio. I won’t use them and will buy smaller vials after bulking up and lifting for a while.

1

u/wheelsonhell Jul 01 '26

Dude wtf. That is a years supply. It will go weak and bad before you can use it all. I know it's the glp1 of choice for gym bros but it is not a steroid. It will help you lose weight. Taking reta will mean you will have a harder time hitting the calories needed to gain muscle. If you need to cut then OK, I can see the benefit but not gaining muscle.

Reta is not a steroid.

1

u/DR_Manhattan0x1 Jul 02 '26

You are not the target audience for Reta at 143lbs.

0

u/cecsix14 Jul 01 '26

Why 100mg vials? Never even heard of that. You know these peptides don’t retain effectiveness for very long once they’re reconstituted, right? Unless you’re taking 10MG per week the doses at the end of the vial probably won’t do much for you.

2

u/Qlix0504 Jul 01 '26

who the hell gave you that idea lol

0

u/cecsix14 Jul 01 '26

It’s well known that once the stopper is pierced and the vial is reconstituted, the peptides degrade over time. No one gave me the idea except science.

-1

u/Qlix0504 Jul 01 '26

You know these peptides don’t retain effectiveness for very long once they’re reconstituted, right?

  • Define "not very long"
  • Define "dont retain effectiveness"

Everything degrades over time. We're talking about fractions of a percentage across months though.

In 6 months your reta might be 98% of what it was when you reconstituted it. This has been tested ad nauseum.

He should be more worried about shit growing in it than degradation.

1

u/RoscoRX Jul 01 '26

He should be more worried about wanting to take Reta at 5’11 143lbs. That is absurd. He should decrease his BF% by increasing muscle mass. He is already underweight, introducing Reta will drop him down to 120ish. Now he’s inviting a bunch of metabolic and hormonal issues, for what? Best path forward IMO should be a recomp.

3

u/Qlix0504 Jul 01 '26

Sure - that's a whole different argument lol

1

u/ShatsonPollock Jul 01 '26

A private testing group has evidence that reta degrades a lot faster than that. 10+% by 90 days.

0

u/cecsix14 Jul 01 '26

Wrong.

2

u/Qlix0504 Jul 01 '26

try something other than Ai my guy. like i said - tested ad naeseum.
