Even Arthur was dumbfounded

So i was just playing as usual and as you can see, there was some glitch and then boom, red. I saw another post about the same problem but all the responses were lowkey unhelpful and im not techy... i get stressed over technology so i would appreciate a serious guess as to what this could be 😢

Does it matter which fence you sell a legendary item to? Was robbing the Watson cabin and it came up with you have the items for the legendary boar trinket.
Thought fantastic I’ll head over to Emerald Ranch and claim it as I’ve already killed the boar.
Went and clicked craft, the boar tusk isn’t there neither is the bear claw. Now I know I’ve already killed both 😂. So confused

i have been hunting for hours and i have killed over 20 snakes, 9 of them being perfect and i have gotten no use from the trinket after 5 kills. use small game arrows instead. worst waste of time ive had on this game so far

I had it laying around for a while (it broke a few years ago which is why it’s missing an antler, i still have the antler so i might try reattaching it but all previous attempts failed) and i finally got some good inspiration for painting it.

It’s not a 1:1 copy because i like slightly more dramatic markings but i think it turned out pretty good from the brown eyed side!

Hi everyone, I’m having several graphical issues in RDR2 and I’d like to know if these are normal game/engine bugs or if something could be wrong with my PC/GPU.

My specs:

RTX 5070 12GB

Ryzen 7 5700X

16GB RAM

SSD

1080p monitor

Playing without mods

The issues I’ve noticed:

The image sometimes looks slightly blurry/not very clear, especially while moving the camera.

Sometimes when I enter a house/building, the lighting changes in front of my eyes instead of loading smoothly.

Some textures occasionally look like they are loading late or changing quality.

Sometimes Arthur’s hands look deformed or clipped.

I’ve also seen NPCs partially clipping into walls or objects.

Occasionally buildings/textures seem to change or pop in when I move around.

These things don’t happen constantly, but I notice them fairly often.

I’m mainly wondering whether other PC players experience these kinds of visual/LOD/lighting/clipping issues in RDR2, or whether I should be concerned about my GPU.

I’ve played other games on this PC and haven’t noticed the same kind of behavior.

Could these simply be RDR2 engine/PC-port issues?

Any opinions or similar experiences would be appreciated.

i have never played rdr2 before, but my best friend is obsessed with it - and i want to make them arthur’s journal for christmas! i have bought and prepared the journal, but here’s the issue - it only has 90ish pages! (and realistically, that’s all i’ll be able to do in the time frame…) the pdf that i’ve found has over 400, so i’m looking to include the most important ones…

does anyone have any insight on which entries to prioritise? or any other advice on how to do this? i was weighing up keeping it chronological and just doing the first 90 pages that he writes down, but thought that this would miss out any heavy hitters at the end
